CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 91/12 dated 03/06/12 U/S 279, 337, 304A IPC has been
registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Gopal Singh S/O
Late Sh. Jai Ram R/O Trot PO Kanaind Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi
that on 03/06/12 at about 8 PM he was standing near the shop of Sh.
Harmesh Kumar at Kanaid, in the mean time a three wheeler having no
number plate came from Mandi side very rashly and hit the M/Cycle
(HP31A-4896) and rider of said ill-fated M/Cycle died on the spot and
other four persons sustained injuries. This accident took place due to
rash and negligent driving by Satish Kumar, driver of above mentioned
auto. HC Lalit Kumar No. 26 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating
the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR No. 126/12 dated 03/06/12 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been
registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Hem Singh S/O
Sh. Dumni Ram R/O Vill. Ropra Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that he is
working as contractor with HP PWD. He hired a tipper (HP65-7995) from
Sh. Anil Kumar and today said tipper was on its way from Neran towards
Dheeblu which was driven by above Anil Kumar. Two persons namely Naval
and Kamal also sat inside the above tipper. When above tipper reached
at Neran it rolled down from the road due to rash and negligent
driving by Anil Kumar and one person namely Naval died on the spot
whereas Kamal Kumar sustained injuries. ASI Shesh Ram is investigating
the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

3. Case FIR No. 139/12 dated 04/06/12 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Rakesh Kumar S/O
Sh. Kishori Lal R/O VPO Sajao Piplu Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that
Jatin Kumar S/O Sh. Prakash Chand VPO Sajao Piplu Tehsil Sarkaghat
Distt. Mandi obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Amrit Lal No. 413
I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF DISOBEDIENCE TO ORDER DULY PROMULGATED BY PUBLIC SERVANT

4. Case FIR No. 162/12 dated 03/06/12 U/S 188 IPC has been registered
in P.S. Balh by Sh. Abhmanyu Verma, Dy.S.P. (Prob.) SHO P.S. Balh that
on 03/06/12 at about 07.40 PM he was on patrolling along with other
police officials at Dadour Chowk and during the course of patrolling
he found that Sunil Kumar S/O Sh. Achhar Singh VPO Darwar Tehsil
Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi at present salesman in Rana Wines Shop at Kansa
Chowk was selling wine at Kansa despite said wine shop was closed as
per the order of Hon'ble High Court. Dy.S.P. (Prob.) Abhimanyu Verma
SHO P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANTS

5. Case FIR No. 89/12 dated 04/06/12 U/S 283 IPC has been registered
in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the written complaint of Sh. Virender Verma
(Addl.S.P.) R/O of Vill. Upper Seri Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi
that Sanjeev Mahant S/O Sh. Durga Dass unloaded a trolley of sand at
the entry point of his house which is creating obstruction to the
general public and complainant. SI (Prob.) Sakni Ram is investigating
the case.

CHALLAN

6. 58 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 15,300/- was recovered
under M.V. Act, 80 challans were issued under COTPA under section 6
(selling tobacco products with a area of 100 yards of educational
institution) and fine of Rs. 7400/- was recovered and 1 challan was
issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
