CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 107/12 dated 25/06/12 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Bhuri Singh S/O Late Sh. Khem Singh R/O Saroli PO Chauntra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi that on 24/06/12 at about 11.20 PM he was going along with Sh. Mangat Ram to his home and when he reached nearby his home, Puni Chand and Ram Singh both S/O Sh. Sidhu Ram obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Thakur Singh No. 31 I.O. of P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR No. 75/12 dated 24/06/12 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh Bhag Chand S/O Sh. Suba Ram R/O Vill. Bagsalana PO. & Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi that on 23/06/12  at about  10 PM his cousin Mahender  was coming to his home along with other 3 persons by a vehicle (HP01M-0475) which was driven by  driver Hans Raj and when they reached at Rakkni, in the mean time driver of above vehicle lost  control over it struck said vehicle with a rock and all occupants of above vehicle sustained injuries. HC Deep Chand No. 910 I.O.  of PS Gohar is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 182/12 dated 24/06/12 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Gauri Singh S/O Sh. Mast Ram R/O Vill. Tawain PO Dhawan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 24/06/12 at about 5 PM he was coming to his house, in the mean time Ravi Singh S/O Sh. Paul Singh obstructed his way and beat him and he sustained injuries. HC Balbir Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES & OBSTRUCTING WAY

4. Case FIR No. 109/12 dated 25/06/12 U/S 498A,341 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Ranjna Thakur W/O Sh. Devender Kumar R/O Chalkhi PO Dayargi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that she was married with Devender Kumar.  A case U/S 125 Cr.P.C. is under trial against her husband in the Ld Court and today when she was going to her house after attending Ld. Court at about 12 PM  she reached at Lalit Chowk, her husband Devender Kumar obstructed her way and abused her and also demanded money from her parents. Inspr. Jagdish Chand SHO P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

 

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS & MISCHIEF

5. Case FIR No. 106/12 dated 24/06/12 U/S 451,427,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Brij Lal S/O Sh. Ram Krishan R/O VPO Ghagnu Tehsil & P.S. Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 24/06/12 he was present in the tea stall of his brother at Suharaghat, in the mean time Jai Singh and Attar Singh R/O Mamyal (Halyater) PO Dashera Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi came in the tea stall of his brother and they told that they will take wine inside the tea stall. When they refused their request they both beat him up and also broke the glass of the counter. HC Hem Raj No. 19 I.O. of PP Dehar is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF THEFT AND UNDER FOREST ACT

6. Case FIR No. 107/ 12 dated 25/06/12 U/S 379 IPC and U/S 41,42 Indian Forest Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by SI Madan Lal I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that on 24/06/12 at 11.30 PM he laid a nakka along with other police officials and during the course of checking of a tourist bus (DL1PB-0806) he recovered 39 KG forest produce (nag chhattari) from the possession of Namda Sangmu Lama W/O Sh. Angyal Lama R/O Karti PO Timri Distt. Mungu Nepal. SI Madal Lal I.O. off P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF THEFT AND UNDER FOREST ACT

7. Case FIR No. 108/ 12 dated 25/06/12 U/S 379 IPC and U/S 41,42 Indian Forest Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by HC Ravinder Singh No. 863  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that on 24/06/12 at 11.30 PM he laid a nakka along with other police officials and during the course of checking of a tourist bus (DL1PB-0806) he recovered 31 KG 500 Gram forest produce (nag chhattari) from the possession of Sonam S/O Sh. Chhebang R/O Dowara PO Sewag Distt.  . Mungu Nepal. HC Ravinder Singh No. 863 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

8. Case FIR No. 106/12 dated 25/06/12 U/S 285 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the written complaint of Sh. Yeshwant Singh, Forest Range Officer, Forest Range Karsog Distt Mandi HP that  on 23/06/12 suddenly fire broke -out in D-208 Majhod forest and D-199 Dhanyara forest and total estimated loss of Rs. 2,39,000/- is assessed in this fire incident. H.C. Ashok Kumar No 885 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

9. Case FIR No. 161/12 dated 24/06/12 U/S 353,332,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Jasha Ram S/O Sh. Dumanu Ram R/O Vill. Dhalmani PO Lagdhar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi at present working as fitter in IPH Section Kotali that on 24/06/12 at about 1 PM he was supplying drinking water to the general public of the locality, in the mean time Satish Chand S/O Sh. Sadhu Ram R/O Vill. Banaun came there and beat him up. ASI Swaran Roop Singh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

10. Case FIR No. 162/12 dated 25/06/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Harminder Singh S/O Sh. Joginder Paul Singh R/O House No. 45/11 Tarna Hills Mandi that at about 10.30 PM a car (HP31-5544) came very rashly and hit his car (HP28-6727). In the mean time one person namely Nabh Sharma also told to him that said car also hit a scooter  (H231-5544) near Do-Amb. HC Bhoop Singh No. 870 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

11. 62 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 19,000/-  was recovered under M.V. Act, 9 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 900/- was recovered  and one challan was issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
