1. Case FIR No. 58/12 dated 13/06/12 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by HC Jagdish Chand No. 36 I.O. of P.S. Aut that on 13/06/12 at 07.40 AM he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Jhalogi more and during the course of patrolling he recovered 700 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Dharmender Singh Bist S/O Sh. Vikram Singh Bist R/O H. No. 1 Gali Muhalla Tapovan Tehsil Narendernagar Distt. Gharwal (Uttrakhand). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is on progress.
CASE OF ESSENTAL COMMODITIES ACT, THEFT AND RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY, EXCISE ACT INCOME TAX ACT
2. Case FIR No. 93/12 dated 12/06/12 U/S 2, 7 of Essential Commodities Act, U/S 379, 411 IPC, U/S 61 of Excise Act and U/S 69,132 Income Tax Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by SI Naveen Jhalta SHO P.S. Jogindernagar that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Chauntra Bazaar Mandi and during the course of patrolling he received secret information that Palkey W/O SH. Tsewang R/O Tibetan Colony Chauntra Tehsil Joginderngar Distt. Mandi is in possession of Indian Currency and other house hold items in her house. On this he conducted raid in her house and during the course of search he recovered Rs. 29,63,005/- in cash from her house. SI Anil Kumar SHO of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

Joginderngar by SI Rajender Kumar that during the course of patrolling he received information that a house in Chauntra near Jogindernagar has suspected property and person and he arrested following 8 suspects from said house. 1. Chen Chi-Hsuing R/o Republic of China passport No 212747070 date of birth 14 Oct 1977 .5 Hu-Chiu-Din R/o Republic of China passport No 303947421, date of birth 01 Sep 1962 .6 Chen Keo-Pin R/o Republic of China passport No 305501875 date of birth 28 Feb 1970 .7 Wu,Sung-Lung R/o Republic of China passport No 305267777, date of birth 27 Oct 1984 8. Huang Jau-Yuan R/o Republic of China passport No 305101738, DOB 04 May 1985. During the course of verification he found that all above persons have violated Foreigners Act and they all have been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by SI Rajender Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar.

4. Case FIR No. 95/12 dated 12/06/12 U/S 279,337 IPC and 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Shyam Lal S/O Sh. Ram Saran R/O Vill. Sayun PO Khurahal Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 12/06/12 at about 08.50 PM he along with Sukh Ram and Gaber Singh were going on the side on foot at Slapper and in the mean time a Highwa (HP31C-7400) came from Sundernagar side towards Barmana very rashly and hit Gaber Singh and sped away from the spot. SI (Prob.) Sandeep Chaudhary I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSRUCTING WAY, HURT, INTIMIDATION AND ASSAULT
5. Case FIR No. 59/12 dated 13/06/12 U/S 341,323,504,355 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Lal Chand S/O Sh. Shiv Ram R/O Vill. Guru-Ka-Lahor PO Bassi Tehsil Sh. Naina Devi Ji Distt. Bilaspur at present Shashtri teacher in GSSS Somnachan Sub Tehsil Balichowki Distt. Mandi that on 12/06/12 at 08.45 PM he went from Seri towards Jangi and on the way Din S/O Sh. Narain Dass R/O Nehra PO Balichowki Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi along with another person obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Ashwani Kumar I/C PP Balichowki is investigating the case.

Sadwal PO Gehra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 12/06/12 he was going to Patrighat and when he reached at Parrighat bazaar Ravi Sharma and Lakshi Kant R/O Serli Batahi obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Baldev Chand I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.
CASE OF THEFT AND UNDER TELEGRAPH ACT
7. Case FIR No. 50/12 dated 12/06/12 U/S 379 IPC and U/S 5 of Telegraph Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sukh Ram Kehal JTO BSNL Sundernagar that some unknown culprits stole away cable from Mouhan near Ghiri under telephone exchange Bhadu about 900 mtrs. having approximately value of Rs. 1,00,800/-. SI Firoj Khan SHO P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
8. Case FIR No. 140/12 dated 12/06/12 U/S 61 Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by HC Inder Singh No. 7 I.O. of PP City Mandi that on 12/06/12 he was on patrolling at Suhra Muhalla and during the course of patrolling he recovered 750 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Krishan Kumar S/O late Sh. Tata Ram R/O H. No. 183/4 Suhara Mohalla Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Inder Singh No. 7 I.O. of P.S. City Mandi.
CASE OF HURT, GESTURE OR ACT INTENDED TO INSULT THE MODESTY OF WOMAN AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
9. Case FIR No. 141/12 dated 13/06/12 U/S 509,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Bimla Devi W/O Sh. Nikka Ram R/O Vill. Jauli PO Tarnoh Distt. Mandi that on 12/06/12 Chet Ram along with Churamnai, Urmila Devi and Nirmla Devi all resident of the same locality threatened to her and also quarrel with her. HC Raj Mal No. 856 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF ATTEMPT TO MURDER AND ARMS ACT
10. Case FIR No. 70/12 dated 13/06/12 U/S 307 IPC & U/S 25 of Arms Act has been registered in P.s. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Jeeva Nand R/O Village Lot PO Nandi Tehsil Chachiot Distt Mandi that today at about 8.45 AM he along with his wife were waiting for Bus towards Gohar in the mean time his brother Tek Chand came there by vehicle No.(HP-01M-0918) along with driver Naresh Kumar and he shot him by gun and sped away from the spot towards Pandoh side and he sustained injuries. ASI Jeet Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

11. Case FIR No. 139/12 dated 12/06/12 U/S 279/337 IPC has been registered in P.S.Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Suraj S/O Sh. Madan Lal R/O Vill. Bhaur PO Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 12/06/12 an alto car (HP 28B-1398) came from Mandi side very rashly and hit Pankaj Kumar S/O Sh. Gajdev Singh R/O Vill. Jajrot PO Balt Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi and he sustained injuries. ASI Roop Lal I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
12. 69 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 10,850/- was recovered under M.V. Act, 6 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 600 and 6 chalans were issued under Mining Act during the last 24 hours.
