CRIME REPORT 29 JUNE

CASE OF MOLESTATION

 

  1. Case FIR No. 168/12 dated 28/06/12 U/S 354 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Bohri Devi W/O Sh. Chet Ram R/O VPO Jamni Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that she is posted as peon in veterinary hospital at Jamani and on 28/06/12 at about 10 AM she was present in hospital, in the mean time pharmacist Hem Raj tried to outrage her modesty. SI Kripal Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ARSON

 

  1. Case FIR No. 169/12 dated 29/06/12 U/S 435,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Gian Chand S/O Sh. Brahma Nand R/O Vill. Ghodi PO Smaila Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 26/06/12 at about 2 PM Amar Nath S/O Sh. Brahma Nand, Ashok Kumar S/O Sh. Amar Nath and  Nand Lal brunt his fire wood (Balan) with wrongful intention. SI Kripal Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

  1. Case FIR No. 170/12 dated 29/06/12 U/S 341,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Meera Devi W/O Sh. Dhani Ram R/O Vill. Rayun PO Dharampur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 29/06/12 at about 0815 AM she was coming back from Dharampur to her native place and when she reached near village Riyun,  Sukh Ram S/O Sh, Kalu Ram resident of same locality obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Jagdish Chand No. 43 I.O. of P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF RIOTING AND HURT

 

  1. Case FIR No. 187/12 dated 28/06/12 U/S 147,149,447,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Rajender Kumar S/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Vill. Charari PO Badsu Tehsil Sadar Ditt. Mandi that on 28/06/12 Chhotu, Hariya, Ghanu, Sawaran, Sohanu, Raj Kumar, Raju and Anju entered in his field with tractor (HP65-2960) and tractor (HP65-2956) and plough their fields unlawfully. When he along with his brother and daughter-in-law tried to stop them they all beat them up and his brother and daughter-in-law sustained injuries. HC Ram Singh No. 66 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

           

  1. 93 challans were issued and fine of Rs.28,700/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 14 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1400/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
