CRIME REPORT 1 JUNE

CASE OF THEFT
1. Case FIR No. 51/12 dated 31/05/12 U/S 389 IPC has been registered
in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Ghanshyam
Singh R/O VPO Bhiun Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi that during the
intervening night of 30-31/05/12 some unknown culprits stole away his
Maruti car (HP68-9494) from nearby his house. Approximately cost of
above stolen vehicle is about Rs. 70,000/-. HC Kuldeep Singh No. 148
is investigating the case.
CASE OF THEFT
2. Case FIR No. 153/12 dated 01/06/12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered
in P.S. Balh on the written complaint of Sh. Sohan Lal S/O Sh. Som
Chand R/O Lunapani PO Bhangrotu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that he
parked his M/Cycle (HP33A-8374) in front of his shop at Lunapani on
31/05/12. Today morning he found that his above M/Cycle was stolen
away by some unknown culprits. HC Balbir Singh No. 23 I.O. of P.S.
Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF CHEATING & FORGERY
3. Case FIR No.44/12 dated 31/5/2012 U/S 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC has
been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar that Dhram Singh S/O Sh
Tahiya Ram R/O Sushan PO Chambi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt Mandi
presently serving in Forest Department as worker has doen cheating and
forgery by showing two different dates of birth in two places during
the time of his appointment. ASI Trilok Chand I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony
is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
4. Case FIR No. 54/12 dated 31/05/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Khem Chand S/O Sh.
Basant Ram R/O Vill. Surahan PO Padhar Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi that
he is driver with a truck (HP34B-0120) he was coming back from
Balichowki by above truck and when he reached near Hanogi, in the mean
time a car (DL2CAL-9307) came very rashly and negligently and struck
with his truck and both occupants of said car sustained injuries and
admitted to Z.H. Mandi. SI Anil Kumar SHO P.S. Aut is investigating
the case.
CHALLAN
5. 86 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 11,200/- was recovered
under M.V. Act and 2 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of
Rs. 200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
