1. Case FIR No 94/12 dated 11/06/12 U/S 448,380 IPC has been registered on the written complaint of Rajeev Khan S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O near petrol pump Salah PO Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that he hired a shop on rent basis from Pintu @ Mutshwar S/O Bashir Amman R/O Near Cinema Chowk Bhojpur Sundernagar. On 28/05/12 he went inside his above shop and found that the lock of the shop was broken by Pintu @ Mutshwar S/O Sh. Bashir Amman R/O Near Cinema Chowk Bhojpur Sundernagar owner of the shop and he also locked his shop and he suspects that he stole away the fax machine, photo state machine and other stationary articles of worth Rs. 1,50,000/-. SI Madan Lal I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigated the case.

2. Case FIR No. 132/12 dated 12/06/12 U/S 341,354,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the written complaint of Smt. Meena Devi W/O Sh. Chaman Lal R/O Vill. Sakor PO Nasloh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 11/06/12 she was going to her home along with her husband by a vehicle (HP01-0364) and when they reached near Hanuman temple at Sakor Dalip Singh along with another unknown person obstructed above vehicle, pulled her out from the vehicle and tried to outrage her modesty. ASI Amar Nath is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 133/12 dated 11/06/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by HC Pawan Kumar No. 919 I.O. P.P. Pandoh that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Baslyan Padhar and during the course of patrolling he recovered 750 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Roshan Lal S/O Sh. Devi Ram R/O Baslyan PO Majhwar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Pawan Kumar No. 919 I.O. of P.P. Pandoh
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS & HURT
4. Case FIR No. 168/12 dated 12/06/12 U/S 451,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Tej Ram S/O Sh. Shiv Ram R/O Vill. Mera PO Meramasit Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 12/06/12 he was sleeping in his house in the mean time Hem Singh, Jai Singh, and Hari Ram beat up his mother and wife and they both sustained injuries. HC Ram Singh No. 66 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
5. Case FIR No. 167/12 dated 11/06/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh by ASI Lachhi Ram I.O. of Highway Balh that on 11/06/12 at about 06.30 PM he was on duty at Nerchowk, in the mean time he received information that a car & M/Cycle collided with each other at Dadour and he rushed to the spot and found that a car (HP33A-9026) and a M/cycle (HP24A-8156) collided with each other due to rash & negligent driving and driver of car and rider of the M/Cycle sustained injuries. ASI Lachhi Ram I/C Highway is investigating the case.

6. Case FIR No. 57/12 dated 12/06/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Deepak Bhushan S/O Sh. Neelmani R/O Vill. Ukhaldhar Distt. Mandi that on 11/06/12 he was going to school and when he reached at Choolabalu a M/cycle (HP34B-1716) ridden by Om Prakash S/O Sh. Sunka Ram R/O Anni Sub Tehsil Aut came very rashly and negligently and struck with him and he sustained injuries. ASI Shyam Lal I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND & HUSBAND'S RELATIVES AND CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST
7. Case FIR No. 149/12 dated 11/06/12 U/S 498A,406, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Reena Devi W/O Sh. Sahil Chuhan R/O Vill. Sandehra PO Khauda Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that her husband, mother-in-law Kaushlya Devi, sister-in-law Kamlesh and brother-in-law Surender Pal did not allow her to enter inside her house and they also threatened her. ASI Subhash Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF PREVENTIVE ARREST
8. Kundal Lal S/O Sh. Khayali Ram R/O Gathau PO Ghurkari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi was arrested U/S 107/157 Cr.P.C. by HC Chaman Lal No. 867 I.O. of P.P. Hattli who is being produced before the SDM Sarkaghat.
CHALLAN
9. 96 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 28,600/- was recovered under M.V. Act, 11 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 12,00/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
