CRIME REPORT 24 JUNE

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1. Case FIR No 105/12 dated 23/06/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been
registered on the complaint of Sh. Rajinder Singh S/O Sh. Puran Singh
R/O Lohardi P.O. Randhara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on
23/06/12 he was coming from Shimla towards Mandi by a vehicle
(HP01M-1357) which was driven by driver Devender Pal and when said
vehicle reached near Slapper, in the mean time a scooter (HP31-8016)
came from Sundernagar side very rashly and struck with their car and
rider of said scooter namely Balak Ram S/O Sh. Nand Lal VPO Slapper
Tehsil Sundernagar Distt Mandi sustained injuries. HC Vinod Kumar No
18 Highway patrol beat No 1 Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2. Case FIR No. 161/12 dated 24/06/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Manoj Kumar S/O
Sh. Hari Dass R/O Rawada PO Sandhole Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi
that on 23/06/12 he along with Sh. Hira Lal S/O Sh. Bharat Shah R/O
Vill. Noneya P.S. Pahadpur Distt. Motihari Bihar were travelling by a
Nano car (A/F) which was driven by Ashok Kumar S/O Sh. Prem Singh R/O
Vill. Basantpur PO Sandhole Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi and when
they reached near Baijkhola driver of above car lost control over it
and said car rolled down in a gorge. Due to which he along with Hira
Lal sustained injuries. ASI Amar Nant I/C PP Sandhole is investigating
the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT, MISCHIEF AND
CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
3. Case FIR No. 61/12 dated 23/06/12 U/S
447,341,323,324,427,503,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar
on the written complaint of Smt. Kamlesh Kumari W/O Sh. Kalu Ram R/O
Vill. Langna PO Padwahan Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi and Smt. Naro
Devi W/O Sh. Nagender Pal resident of same locality that on 07/06/12
Nirmla Devi W/O Sh. Tilak Raj, Nirmla Devi W/O Sh. Sher Singh, Kamlesh
Kumar W/O Sh. Sher Sing, Bhayandi W/O Sh Puran Chand all resident of
vill. Kalera PO Padhwahan Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) beat up
both of them and they sustained injuries. ASI Roop Singh I.O. of P.S.
Padhar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
4. 66 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 11,700/- was recovered
under M.V. Act and 5 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs.
500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
