CASE OF THEFT
1 Case FIR No. 49/12 dated 10/6/2012 U/S 379 IPC has been registered
PS BSL Colony on the complaint of JTO Sh. Sukh Ram Kehal Sunder Nagar
(HP) that on dated7/6/2012 some unknown culprits stolen away 230 mtr
cable wire from Rohangulu . Case is being investigated by HC Karan
Singh I/O of PS BSL Colony is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2 Case FIR No 57/12 dated 10/6/12 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been
registered in PS Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Sarwan kumar S/O Sh.
Sher singh Village Tandi PO Maralu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi( HP) at
Present Driver HRTC in Kelong Depot that on 10/06/12 at about 6.40
pm when he reached at place Megal along with HRTC Bus No.( HP66-1563)
on the route Jammu to Kullu , in same time Tipper No.( HP76-0463)
Came Very Rashly and Negligently from Mandi side and hit the Bus from
the Wrong Side . In this Accident only Driver of Tipper get injured
and admitted in ZH Mand . ASI Charan Singh I/O of PS Padhar is
investigating the case.
CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT
3 Case FIR No 93/12 dated. 10/6/12 U/S 285, 337 IPC has been
registered in PS SunderNagar on the complaint of Sh. Jagdish Ram S/O
Sh. Sant Ram R/O Swaraghat PO Ghangnu Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distt. Mandi
(HP) that on 10/6/12 at about 5.30 P.M. his mother Gulabi Devi burned
due to forest fire at place Swaraghat in his grass field and admitted
in ZH Mandi. The incident of fire took place due to negligence act
done by unknown person. Case is being investigating by SI Madan Lal
I/O of PS Sunder Nagar
CASE OF OFFENCE AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT AND ASSULT
4 Case FIR No 135/12 dated 10/6/12 U/S 353, 356, 34 IPC has been
registered in PS Sadar by HC Pawan Kumar No.919 Police Post Pandoh
that on 10/6/12 when he was on Patrolling & Traffic Checking along
with other police official and pp staff. At about 7.25 pm. when he was
present at Shiva Badar Chowk in same time motor Cycle No.
(HP33A-4436) came from Tin Piple Side with Triple Riding & without
Helmet. When he asked the name of the motor cycle rider and
documents of his Motor Cycle, he told his name Gokul Ram S/O Goverdhan
Ram, Gokul Ram. He then called a lady through telephone. At about 7.40
PM one Lady came on Spot and asked who challaned the M/Cycle of his
Son and asked police to release it. Then she caught him from throat.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND ROITING
5 Case FIR No.86/12 dated 11/6/12 U/S341, 147, 149, 427 IPC has been
registered in PS Karsog on the complaint of Raj Kumar J.E.project
incharge HDRO Power project Pvt Ltd dogle near Nigan.that on 10/06/12
at about 1pm local persons came into the Project forcibly and broken
the main gate of Project. ASI Amar Singh I/O of PS Karsog is
investigating the case
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT
6 Case FIR No. 87/12 dated 11/06/12U/S 451, 323 IPC has been
registered in PS Karsog on the complaint of Smt. Bajira Devi W/O
Sh.Khuba Vill/ Chelag POJasal Tehsil Karsog that on 11/06/12 at about
10am when she was talking wih Nirmla Devi (Angan Wadi worker)on her
courtyard in mean time Kanta Devi W/O Sh. Ram Log came there and beat
her up. HC Chajju Ram No.60I/O of PS Karsog is investigating the case

OBSTRUCTING WAY AND RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT
7 Case FIR No. 166/12 dated 11/06/12 U/S 341, 141 336.IPC has been
registered in PS Balh by Insp/SHO that when he was on the law and
order duty at Rewalsar along with other police officials then 50/60
people under the leadership of Paras Ram President Kissan Shabha
protesting for demand of degree collage obstructed the state high way
for one hour from 12:45 to 1:45 pm. ASI Om Prakesh I/C PP Rewalsar is
investigating the case.
CHALLAN
8 99 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 22,900/- was recovered under
M.V. Act, 6 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 600/- was
recovered during last 24 hours
