CRIME REPORT 16 JUNE

CASE OF HURT
2. Case FIR No. 146/12 dated 15/06/12 U/S 325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Narinder Kumar S/O Sh. Madan Lal Thaper R/O H.No. 188/12 Ramnagar Mandi that 12/06/12 he was going his home by his car and when he reached at Ramnagar driver of three wheeler (HP05-0611) beat him and he sustained injuries. HC Bhup Singh No. 870 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF RIOTING AND MISCHIEF
3. Case FIR No. 60/12 dated 15/06/12 U/S 147,430 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint Smt. Rama Devi W/O Sh. Paras Ram R/O Sojha PO Aut Distt. Mandi that on 15/06/12 she was obtaining water connection at Sojha in the mean time God Devi, rema Devi, Kaushlya Devi, Tara Devi, Surgi Devi and another one persons were broken the pipe line of water supply of the complainant. ASI Mohar Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.
CASE OF RIOTING, PUBLIC SERVANTS OFFENCES AGAINST AND INTIMIDATION

4. Case FIR No. 61/12 dated 15/06/12 U/S 147,186,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Mabjeet Singh S/O Sh. Gurbaksh Singh R/O Sarvari Bazaar Kullu at present J.E. I & PH department at Panarsa that he along with other labourers were working on water supply scheme Khai Nala Soja, in the mean time Paras Ram, Kuldeep Sharma, Amar Nath, Reshma Devi, Meena Devi, Lalit Sharma, Rama Devi all resident of village Sojha came there and obstructed them to work on that water supply pipe line. ASI Mohar Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5. Case FIR No. 98/12 dated 15/06/12 U/S 341,323,504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Praveen Bhardwaj S/O Sh. Mathura Prasad R/O VPO Bayada Tehsil Palampur Distt. Kangra that he is serving as Electric Engineer in Abhir company at Machyal. On 14/06/12 he was on duty from 8 PM to upto 8 AM on 15/06/12 and at about 1 PM Ramesh Chand S/O Sh Dumna Ram R/O VPO Chalarag Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Subhash Chand IC PP Bassi is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
6. Case FIR NO. 98/12 dated 15/06/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Mangat Ram S/O Sh. Lachu Ram R/O Bhour Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 15/06/12 he was present in his shop at Bhaur, in the mean time a car (HP24A-0109) came from Sundernagar side which was driven by Suninder Kumar @ Sonu S/O Sh. Jangi Ram R/O Tawan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi and struck with a bus (DL1PC-4742) and driver of above car sustained injuries. ASI Vijay Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
7. Case FIR No. 170/12 dated 15/06/12 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Devinder Kumar S/O Sh. Krishan VPO Bhangrotu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 15/06/12 at about 08.30 PM he along with his friend were going towards Tanda College by his M/Cycle (HP33B-1421) and when they both reached at Soyra bridge, in the mean time Duni Chand S/O Sh. Masadi Ram R/O Vill. Malthehar along with another person stopped his M/Cycle and beat him up along with his friend and they both sustained injuries. HC Ram Singh No. 66 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANTS, CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION AND PREVENTION OF DAMAGE TO PUBLIC PROPERTY ACT
8. Case FIR No. 171/12 dated 15/06/12 U/S 186, 506 IPC and U/S 3 of PDP Act has been registered in P.S. Balh on the written complaint of Sh. Jindhu Ram S/O Sh. Chamaru Ram R/O Ropa PO Behna Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that he is working as fitter in I& PH department water supply pump house at Behna and on 14/06/12 at about 6 PM when he was opening the wheel of water supply to Ropa and other beneficiaries, in the mean time Mohan Lal S/O Sh. Hukmian Ram obstructed him from his lawful duty and also threatened him with dire consequences and also broke the pipe line with big piece of stone. ASI Jagdish Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CHALLAN

9. 51 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 7100/- was recovered under M.V. Act & challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1300/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
