CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 168/12 dated 26/06/12 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by HC Krishan Kumar No. 900 I.O. of P.P. Pandoh that on 26/06/12 at about 9.40 PM he laid a nakka at Pandoh Dam towards Saroa link road along with other police officials, in the mean time a person came on foot from Saroa side towards  Pandoh and on seeing police party he returned back at once. On suspicion he was caught with the help of police party and during the course of his personal search he recovered 100 gram cannabis (charas) from his possession and also revealed out his name as Tikkam Ram S/O Sh. Beli Ram R/O Vill. MUsrani PO Kanda Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Krishan Kumar No. 900 I.O. of P.P. Pandoh.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2.  Case FIR No. 166/12 dated 26/06/12 U/S 447,341,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar  Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Chandermani R/O Ropru Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 26/06/12 his wife Smt. Meera Devi and his brother's wife  Smt. Indira Devi were working in their fields, in the mean time RattanLal, Jagdish Chand @ Jagsher S/OLaxman, Mohan Singh and Gian Chand entered in their fields and beat up his wife Smt. Meera Devi and his brother's wife Smt. Indira Devi. HC Shiv Singh No. 894 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3. Case FIR No. 167/12 dated 26/06/12 U/S 447,341,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Gian Chand S/O Sh. Jagdish Chand R/O Roparu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that he along with his family members were working in their fields, in the mean time Chandermani, his wife, Meera Devi and his brother's wife Indira Devi entered in their land and beat them up. ASI Swaranroop Singh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4. Case FIR No. 165/12 dated 26/06/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Vijay Kumar S/O SH. Meena Ram R/O 9 Mile (Jaggar) Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 26/06/12 he was present in his shop, in the mean time one person came from Pandoh side and a truck (HP51B-5213) came very rashly and negligently and hit said old person who sustained injuries. HC Harbans Singh No. 68 I.O. of Highway patrol is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5. Case FIR No. 169/12 dated 27/06/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Sanjeev Kumar S/O Sh. Madan Lal VPO Bhangrotu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 26/06/12 he was coming back from Manali by his car (HP33B-3354) and a truck (HP65-2092) was going in front of his car and when said truck reached near Dyod more driver of said truck lost control over it and rolled down from the road. HC Pawan Kumar No 919 I.O. of P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES

6. Case FIR No. 164/12 dated 27/06/12 U/S 498A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Promila Devi W/O Sh. Tara Chand R/O Vill. Bhadrehar PO Garauru Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that her husband Tara Chand continuously  beating and abusing her from last 22 year. On 26/06/12 her husband Tara Chand beat her daughter Suman Kumari along with her and they both sustained injuries. ASI Rajender Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat  is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

7. Case FIR No. 162/12 dated 26/06/12 U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Kranti Kumar S/O Sh. Nanak Chand R/O Bandal Brahaman PO Tihra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 26/06/12 he was coming from Tihra and when he reached near Bandal Brahaman, in the mean time Ravi Rattan S/O Sh. Jagdish Chand and his brother Shashi Kant beat him up. ASI Rajender Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

8. Case FIR No. 163/12 dated 27/06/12 U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Sunil Kumar S/O Sh. Bhup Singh R/O Vill. Bhur PO Jhangi Tehsil Sandhole Distt. Mandi that on 26/06/12 at about 10.30 AM Ajay S/O Sh. Amar Chand, Monu S/O Sh. Ramesh Chand, Lucky S/O Sh. Mohinder Singh resident of same locality obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF CHEATING

9. Case FIR No. 165/12 dated 27/06/12 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Munshi Ram S/O Sh. Nek Ram  VPO Pingla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that w.e.f. 17/04/2012 complainant has received calls from mobile No. 0812624716, 08126247913 regarding the loan case and Sachin Sharma gave him an account No. and complainant deposited about Rs. 4 lac for taking loan but  on contacting above Nos. he found that the Bharti Sun Finance Company is fake company and  accused Sachin Sharma cheated him. SI (Prob. ) Sanjeev Kumar is investigating the case.

  CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

10. Case FIR No. 57/12 dated 26/06/12  U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Kushal Kumar S/O Sh. Shayam Singh R/O Salashi PO Gehdawin, Tehsil Jhanduta, Distt Bilaspur  that on 26/06/12  at about 4.30 PM Arun Chauhan S/O Sh. Preetam Singh  Chuhan R/O Kasohal PO Morsingi Tehsil Ghumarwin Disttt. Bilaspur (HP) obstructed his way at Majhrot  and beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences. Accused Arun Chauhan is arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Chint Ram No. 873 I.O. of P.S. BSL Sundernagar is investigating the case.   

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

11. Case FIR No. 185/12 dated 26/06/12 U/S  279, 337  IPC has  been registered in P.S. Balh by ASI Lacchi Ram I/O of Highway patrol Balh beat that  on 26/06/12  truck (HP66-4786) hit a car (HP76-0831) at Daundhi  near Nagchalla and in this incident one person and one lady sustained injuries. ASI Lacchi Ram I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE UNDER  SC & ST (PREVENTION OF ATROCITIES) ACT &  INTIMIDATION

12.  Case FIR No 110/12 dated 27/06/12  U/S 3 (1) (X) of SC&ST ( Prevention of Atrocities ) Act  & U/A  504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Chint Ram S/O Sh. Naryanu Ram along with other resident of R/O Vill. Saroh PO Sudahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that   they are permanent resident of  above mentioned village & their neighbourer  Krishan Lal S/O Sh. Bhadar Singh  R/O Saroh P.O. Sudahan Tehsil  Sundernagar Distt Mandi abused them by using words by their cast  i.e. Chamar, Dagi  etc. loudly from the roof of his house. Krishan Lal also broke the  water supply pipe line and also cut down the mango trees from their land. Sh Ajay Rana SDPO Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

13. 75 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 14, 900/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 175 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 17,000/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
