CRIME REPORT 23 JUNE

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY & HURT

1. Case FIR No. 104/12 dated 23/06/12 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Bodh Raj S/O Sh. Lal Chand R/O Vill. Beludhar PO PO Khanoul Bagra Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi that on 22/06/12 at 10.30 PM he Mehar Chand S/O Sh. Kirpa Ram R/O Vill.Beludhar PO Khanoul Bagra Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi and his wife obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT

2. Case FIR No. 105/12 dated 23/06/12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Datta Ram JTO Telephone Exchange Karsog that telephone cable's 20 pairs (approximately length 1000 meters) having approximately cost of Rs. 30,000/- was stolen away by some unknown culprits from Charog near Batauni village. ASI Amar Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF CHEATING

3. Case FIR No. 160/12 dated 22/06/12 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Gokul Chand S/O Sh. Raghu Ram village Chadiyara PO Gutkar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that Jassu Ram resident of same locality has purchased land by preparing forged/fraud documents. ASI Amar Nath I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES, MOLESTATION AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4. Case FIR No. 160/12 dated 22/06/12 U/S 498A,354,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Punam Kumari W/O Sh. Ajay Kumar R/O Vill. Lakrehar PO Kuja Balh Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that she was married with Ajay Kumar on 14/08/11 and after four months of her marriage her husband Ajay Kumar, father-in-law Prabhu Ram and mother in-law Pingla Devi started to torture her for dowry and on 19/05/12 her father-in-law tried to outrage her modesty. ASI Amar Nath I/C PP Sandhole is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

5. 73 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 15,300/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 7 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 700/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
