CASE OF NDPS ACT
1. Case FIR No. 128/12 dated 06/06/12 U/S 20-61-85 Act has been
registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by SI Saleem Qureshi that on 06/06/12
at about 04.55 OM he recovered 12 Gram cannabis (charas) from the
possession of Harish Kumar S/O Sh. Om Prakash R/O H.No. 74/9 Bhagwahan
Muhalla Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of
the case is being carried out by SI Saleem Qureshi. I.O. of P.S. Sadar
Mandi.
CASE OF HURT
2. Case FIR No. 129/12 dated 07/06/12 U/S 325 IPC has been registered
in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Neela Devi W/O Sh. Parma
Ram R/O Vill. Badyar PO Bhargaun Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that when
she was taking her meal her daughter-in-law Neera Devi W/O Sh. Jeet
Ram beat her up and she sustained injuries. HC Raj Mal I.O. of P.S.
Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 53/12 dated 06/06/12 U/S 325 IPC has been registered
in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Ramesh Chand R/O Mayot PO Barot
Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi that on 03/06/12 at about 6 PM he was
playing volleyball along with Lal Chand and Sunil in the courtyard of
Sukh Dev. During the course of playing suddenly volleyball dropped on
the roof of Sukh Dev's house and on this Sukh Dev beat him up. SI
(Prob.) Chand Kishore is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 54/12 dated 07/06/12 U/S 323,325 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Inder Singh S/O Late
Sh. Bajeera Ram R/O Jundhar PO Kunnu Tehsil Padhar Distt. That on
07/06/12 at 10 AM he was purchasing cucumber from the shop of Arun
Yadav and during the course of purchasing of cucumber said Arun Yadav
got angry, pushed him out from his shop and he fell down on the road
and he sustained injuries. HC Nand Lal No. 41 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is
investigating the case.

5. Case FIR No. 145/12 dated 07/06/12 U/S 323,325 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Sohan Singh S/O
Sh. Bhalkhu Ram R/O Vill. & PO Sayoh Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi
(HP) that on 04/06/12 at 11.30 PM Vijay Kumar R/O Sayoh Tehsil
Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI
Sushil Kumar I/C PP Dharampur is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
6. Case FIR No. 46/12 dated 06/06/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been
registered in P.S. BSL Sundernagar by HC Karan Singh No. 24 I.O. of
P.S. BSL Sundernagar that on 06/06/12 at about 03.30 PM he was on
patrolling along with other police officials at Purana Bazaar and
during the course of patrolling he recovered 8255 ML English wine from
the possession of Joginder Singh S/O Sh. Sardul Singh R/O Purana
Bazaar Sundernagar. HC Karan Singh No. 24 I.O. of P.S. BSL Sundernagar
is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
7. Case FIR No. 144/12 dated 06/06/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been
registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by ASI Ajeet Singh I/C PP Hattli that he
was on patrolling along with other police officials at Chowk and
during the course of patrolling he recovered 9000 ML country liquor
from the possession of Vijay Kumar S/O Sh. Jai Ram R/O VPO Chowk
Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further
investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Ajit Singh I/C
PP Hattli.
CASE OF PREVENTIVE ARREST
8. Today Manoj Kumar S/O Sh. Hem Raj R/O Dadour PO Dhaban Tehsil Sadar
Distt. Mandi has been arrested U/S 107/151 Cr. P.C. by HC Balbir Singh
No. 23 I.O. of P.S. Balh who is being produced before the SDM Sadar
Mandi.
CHALLAN
9. 104 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 23,400/- was recovered
under M.V. Act, 31 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs.
47,00/- was recovered & 10 challans were issued during last 24 hours.
