CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
1. Case FIR No 138/12 dated 03/06/12 U/S 498A, 506,34 IPC has been
registered on the complaint of Smt. Reena Devi W/O Sh. Sunil Kumar R/O
Village Bandal PO Khouda Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi that she was
married with Sunil Kumar during the year 2007. After one year of
her marriage her husband, mother-in-law, brother-in laws and
sister-in-laws started to torture her and also demanded dowry. ASI
Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
2. Case FIR No. 157/12 dated 03/06/12 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506 IPC has
been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Nihal Singh S/O
Sh. Ruldu Ram R/O VPO Tikker that on 03/60/12 at about 07.30 AM Sher
Singh obstructed his way and beat him and also threatened with dire
consequences. SI Chhotta Ram I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the
case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3. Case FIR No. 158/12 dated 03/05/12 U/S 341,323,504,506, 34 IPC has
been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sher Singh S/O Sh.
Govind Ram R/O VPO Tikkar that on 03/06/12 at about 07.30 AM Lachhman
Singh and Suresh Kumar obstructed his way and beat him up along with
his wife Neelam Kumari. ASI Karam Chand I.O. of P.S. Balh is
investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

4. Case FIR No. 159/12 dated 03/05/12 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Nand Lal S/O Sh.
Nikkar Ram R/O Village Kot PO Chunahan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that
on 02/06/12 at about 9 PM he was going to his home and on the way Alam
Singh, Sonu, Bablu, Vicky and Rocky all resident of Surandi obstructed
his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Kuldeep Singh
I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF NEGLIGENT CONDUCT WITH RESPECT TO ANIMAL

5. Case FIR No. 160/12 dated 03/06/12 U/S 289 IPC has been registered
on the complaint of Sh. Ajay Kumar S/O Sh. Shyam Lal R/O Lhandla PO
Kummi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on dated 02/06/12 at about 8 PM
he went to the house of Smt. Kaushalya Devi, Pradhan G.P. Khandla to
take character certificate and at the same time her pet dog attacked
him and bit him on right side of his stomach. HC Balbir Singh No. 23
IO of PS Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

6. Case FIR No. 156/12 dated 02/06/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been
registered in P.S. Balh by HC Lal Singh No. 80 I.O. of P.S. Balh that
on 02/06/12 at about 05.45 PM he was on patrolling along with other
police officials at Palli and during the course of patrolling he
recovered 2200 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Smt. Padma
Devi W/O Sh. Bushi Singh R/O Vill. Palli PO Chunahan Tehsil Sadar
Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of
the case is being carried out by HC Lal Singh No. 80 I.O. of P.S.
Balh.

ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE

7. Accused Ravinder Kumar @ Raju S/O Sh. Jagat Ram R/O VPO Nerchowk
Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi has been arrested by HC Sarwan Kumar NO. 42
I.O. of P.S. Balh who was wanted in case FIR No. 154/12 dated 01/06/12
U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC of P.S. Balh.

CASE OF MISCHIEF BY FIRE

8. Case FIR No. 161/12 date 03/06/12 U/S 435 IPC has been registered
in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Om Prakash S/O Sh. Chandermani
R/O Hadyala PO Gagal Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 02/06/12 at
about 1.30 PM, Nokhu Ram S/O Sh. Thalia Ram put on fire forest new
Tara DPF No. 21/2012 and brunt about 2900 trees (trees of cheel). SI
(Prob.) Vinod Thakur is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT
9. Case FIR No. 88/12 dated 02/06/12 U/S 323, 324 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Nirmla Devi
W/O Sh. Guri Singh R/O Vill. Bhatehar PO Sainthal Tehsil Jogindernagar
Distt. Mandi that on 26/05/12 she was cutting grass in her fields, in
the mean time Sanjala Devi W/O Sh. Ramesh Chand resident of same
locality came there and beat her up and she sustained injuries. ASI
Satpal I/C PP Ghatta is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
10. Case FIR No. 52/12 dated 02/06/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Pdhar by HC Kuldeep Singh No. 148 I.O. of P.S.
Padhar that on 02/06/12 at about 07.40 PM a car (HP76-0674) rolled
down from the road due to rash and negligent driving by driver of said
car namely Tej Ram S/O Sh. Sidhu Ram R/O Padvahan who was on his way
from Kummi towads Padhar. HC Kuldeep Singh No. 148 I.O. of P.S. Padhar
is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
11. 88 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 18,100/- was recovered
under M.V. Act and 9 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of
Rs. 1300/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
