CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT & MISCHIEF
1. Case FIR No. 71/12 dated 14/06/12 U/S 341,382,323,427,34 IPC has
been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Arvind Kumar S/O
Sh. Prakash Chand VPO Khudla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on
13/06/12 he along with Kulwant Singh, Has Raj, Rakesh ad Chaman Lal
were going by a car (HP58A-5200) to witness the fair of Dev Kamrunag
and at about 2 PM they reached at Badhu, in the mean time Pankaj R/O
Chailchowk along with his friend and obstructed his way and broke the
glass of his vehicle and also stole away Rs. 800/- from the dashboard
of his vehicle. HC Rajesh Kumar No. 64 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is
investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2. Case FIR No. 51/12 dated 13/06/12 U/S 279,337 IPC and 187 M.V. Act
has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of
Sh. Tej Ram S/O Sh. Sant R/O VPO Karsog Distt. Mandi that a M/Cycle
which was ridden by Prems Dass hit his son Kashitij near Gas Agency
Mahadev Sundernagar and sped away from the spot and his son sustained
injuries. HC Chint Ram No. 873 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is
investigating the case.
CASE UNDER WILD LIFE (PRESERVATION) ACT
3. Case FIR No. 96/12 dated 13/06/12 U/S 51/52 Wild Life
(Preservation) Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the
complaint of Sh Pursottam Singh S/O Sh Attma Ram R/O VPO Daol Tehsil
Baijnath Distt Kangra (HP) at present posted as Forest Guard in beat
upper Chauntra Tehsil Joginderngar Distt.Mandi that on 13/06/12 he
received an information that one Tibetan namely Palkey W/O Tsewang
has kept two birds in her new constructed house . He recovered both
birds under Wild Life Act and kept in his possession along with their
nest. SI (Prob.) Sakini Ram I.O. of P.S. Jogindenagar is investigating
the case.
CASE OBSTRCTING WAY & CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
4. Case FIR No. 95/12 dated 12/06/12 U/S 341,504,506,34 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Chrag Rathore
S/O Sh. Sanjeev Rathore R/O New Market Principal Tehsil Joginderngar
Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 12/06/12 at about 08.30 PM he was going to
lower Chauntra by his vehicle (HP29B-1010) and when he reached near
Tibetan Colony four persons obstructed his way and beat him up and
also threatened to him with dire consequences.
CASE OF HURT, OBSTRUCTING WAY AND INTIMIDATION
5. Case FIR No. 143/12 dated 14/06/12 U/S 325,341,504 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Jiwan Lal S/O
Sh. Durga Dass R/O H. No. 212/4 Suhra Muhalla Mandi that on 13/06/12
he was going to his sister's house and when he reached at Chhotta
Padhar near Suhara Muhalla, Kuldeep S/O Late Sh. Mansu obstructed his
way and beat him up. ASI Vijay Kumar I/C Police Post City Mandi is
investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
6. Case FIR No. 142/12 dated 14/06/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Lhapka W/O Sh.
Kelsing H. No. 16 Tibetan Colony Lakhanawal PO Jassowal Tehsil
Deharadun (Uttrakhand) that on today at about 4 AM she was going along
with her son by a vehicle (UP-07B-8778) towards Manali and when they
reached near Bindrabai another vehicle (HP01D-2228) came from Pandoh
side very rashly and hit her car and she along with her son sustained
injuries. HC Krishan Kumar No. 900 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is
investigating the case.

7. Case FIR No. 151/12 dated 14/06/12 U/S 341,323,504, 34 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Anup Ku,ar S/O
Sh. Hari Singh R/O Vill. Upper Ghanal PO Sandhole Tehsil Sarkaghat
Distt. Mandi that on 13/06/12 he was going to his home and when he
reached at Dhamrol nullah, Rakesh and Chhotu obstructed his way and
beat him up. HC Amrit Lal No. 413 I.O. of P.S. Sandhole is
investigating the case.
CASE OF BURGLAY AND THEFT
8. Case FIR No. 97/12 dated 13/06/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Khushal Singh
Thakur S/O Late Sh. Dhani Ram VPO Menhaden Tehsil Sundernagar Distt.
Mandi that on 13/06/12 some unknown culprits stole away some house
hold articles from his house by breaking the lock of his house.
Approximately value of stolen property is about Rs. 4000/- . SI
(Prob.) Sandeep Chaudhary is investigating the case.

9. Case FIR No. 96/12 dated 13/06/12 U/S 279,337 IPC and 187 M.V. Act
has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of HHC
Kishori Lal No. 344 Traffic Wing Sundernagar that on 13/06/12 he was
going to Traffic Control Room at purana bus stand Sundernagar Distt.
Mandi and when he reached near Chowk at Sundernagar, a vehicle
(HP01M-0789) came from Lalit Chowk side very rashlu and hit Pankaj
Sharma S/O Sh. Parma Nand R/O Seharal Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi
and sped away from the spot and he sustained injuries. HC Khem Chand
No. 47 I.O. of Traffic Wing Sundernagar is investigating the case.

from near BBMB lake Sunder Nagar and Dalip S/O Sh. Babu Lal R/O
Marbara Jungsan Distt Pali Rajyasthan, Bhagwan Dass S/O Sh. Badri Lal
R/O Marbara Jungsan Distt Pali Rajyasthan, Raju Ray S/O Sh. Kedar Ray
R/O Marbara Jungsan Distt Pali Rajasthan, Jagdish S/O Sh. Babu Lal R/O
Marbara Jungsan Distt Pali Rajasthan were arrested U/S 107,151 Cr PC
were also arrested on 13/06/12 by SI (Prob.) Sandeep Choudhary I.O. of
P.S. Sundernagar who are being produced before SDM Sundernagar.

11. Case FIR No. 88/12 dated 14/06/12 U/S 341, 323,34 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Smt. Kalaso Devi W/O Sh.
Kanshi Ram R/O Vill. Bhalog PO Bhanthal Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi
that on 14/06/12 she was going to her house and when she reached near
Gas Agency Karsog, in the mean time Batu devi R/O Naira (Karsog)
obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Ranjeet Singh No. 71 I.O. of
P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT
12. Case FIR No. 89/12 dated 14/06/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Chaman Lal S/O Sh.
Dila Ram R/O Vill. Bamna PO BHanthal Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi that
during the intervening night of 13-14/06/12 some unknown culprits
stole away jewelry of worth Rs. 2 lac along with cash of worth Rs.
50,000/-. ASI Om Prakash I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the
case.

13. 75 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 12,800/- was recovered
under M.V. Act, 8 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs.
8,00/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
