CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO RASHNESS AND NEGLIGENCE
1. Case FIR No. 144/12 dated 14/06/12 U/S 279,304A IPC has been registered in PS Sadar by ASI Brij Lal I/O PS Sadar that on 14/06/12 at about 11:10pm unknown person crushed by the driver Harish Kumar Kanika Bus No.(HP65-5144) near by ITI Mandi. when the driver of the above said bus tried to reverse the bus, as a result of which the above person died on the spot .ASI Brij Lal I/O of PS Sadar is investigating the case .

2. Case FIR No. 97/12 dated 15/06/2012 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Joginder Nagar on the complaint of Sh. Shyam Singh S/O Spoke Ram VPO Tulah Tehsil LadBharol Distt Mandi( H.P) that on 15/6/12 he was going to his duty at CHC Ropri on Suraj Bus no( HP 53-3454). When bus reached at place Khohar Nallah at 7.30 AM in mean time Sawroop Kumar S/O Lt sh Ghan Shyam vpo Tullah Tehsil Lad Bharol ps j/nagar distt Mandi (HP)) came from Bharol side along with Motor cycle with rash &negligent driving and struct with bus and sustained injuries . HC Rajesh Kumar no 907 I/C PP L/bharol is investigating the case

Case fir no 169/12 dt 15/6/12 u/s 279,337,304 A IPC has been registered in PS Balh by ASI I/C PP Rewalsar that on 15/6/12 one indica car no( HR 10J- 2700) met with an accident at kuntbhouo near Naina devi . The car fell down from the road about 300 feet downward. Seven persons were seated in the ill-fated said above vehcile in which 6 persons died on the spot . And one injured reffered to ZH mandi . This incident took place due to rash and Negligent driving of driver of above said vehcile .ASI Om Prakash I/C PP of Rewalsar is investigating the case .
CHALLAN
4. 90 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 11,600/- was recovered under M.V. Act, 7 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 700/- was recovered during last 24 hours
