CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, AND HURT
1 Case FIR No. 95/12 dated 18/6/12 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been
registered in PS Karsog on the comlaint of sh. Jiea Lal S/O sh.
Sita Ram village Kumeahari PO soma Kothi Tehsil PS Distt Mandi (HP)
that on 17/6/12 at 8.15 PM he along with his uncle Anoop Ram was going
to his home in mean time Sh. Khilari Lal , Jeet Ram S/O sh. Duma Ram
and Thuma Ram S/O sh. Tikkam Ram all residents of village Kumeahari
PO soma Kothi Tehsil Distt Mandi(HP) obstructed his way and beat him
up. .HC Ashok Kumar No 885 I/O of PS karsog is investigating the case
.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
2 Case FIR NO. 173/12 dated 17/6/12 U/S 341,323, 506,34 IPC has been
registered in PS Balh on the complaint of Govind Ram S/O Anant Ram
R/O vill. Shihan PO Gagal Distt Mandi(HP) that on 17/6/12 at about 10
am when he was going to sunder Nagar in his bus and when reached near
Dadour in mean time Annu and Abu stopped his bus and beat up and
also threatened him . HC Ram Singh No.66 I/O of PS Balh is
investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3 Case FIR No.100/12 dated 17/06/2012 U/S 279,337 IPC has been
registered in PS Joginder Nagar on the complaint of Sh. Manoj kumar
@ lucky S/O Sh. kalam Chand Sharma R/O VPO Mahadev Tehsil Sudernagar
Distt Mandi (H.P) that on 16/6/12 he went along with his relatives to
Chamunda Tample on his brother's Veh.(HP31C- 3939). on dated 17/6/12
they came back to SunderNagar and reached near bir road at 6:30 pm.
then maruti car no (HP53-8005) came from Chountra side with rash &
negligent driving and struck with his vehicle. 4 persons were injured
who were travelling in the accused persons veh. No (HP53-8005). case
is being investigated by HC Thakur Singh No31 I/O) PP Ghatta .
CASE OF MOLESTATION, OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
4 Case FIR No 52/12 dated 17/6/12 U/S 354,341, 506, 34, IPC has been
registered in PS BSL Colony on complaint of Kumari Bharti D/O Sh
Bhalakhu Ram R/O Patta PO Upper Behli Tehsil Sundernagar Distt Mandi
that on17/6/12 at about 12.30 PM. While she reached near Lower Behli
after joining the tuition class in the mean time Naresh Kumar S/O
Chamaru Ram R/O Nichali Behli and Kishan Chand came on the M/Cycle No
(HP-31A-4156) and obstructed her way and outrage her modesty. When she
made protest then they threatened her. ASI Trilik Chand I/O of PS BSL
Colony Sunder Nagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
5 Case FIR N0147/12 dated.17/06/12.U/S 451,323,504,506,34 IPC has been
registered in PS Sadar on the complaint of Smt. Kamla Sharma W/O
Sh. Sunil Kumar R/O Vill Lowar Sanyarad Teshisl Sadar Distt Mandi(HP)
that on 17/06/12 at about 11.45 AM. When she and her Daughter- in- Law
Sabnam were cutting the roots nearby their house in mean time Hem
Raj and his Mother Drompti Devi came to Slab of the house and beat
her up and also threatened her . HC Anil Kumar No.406 I/O of PS
Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

6 Case FIR No 101/12 dated 18/6/12 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in
PS JoginderNagar by HC Mangat Ram No 898 that when he was on
patrolling along with other Police officials at vill.Kolang he
found that Krishan kumar S/O Daleep singh R/O vill Gonthala Galu
kolang Tehsil JoginderNagar Distt Mandi (HP) has laid a heap of sand
which was causing obstruction to the general Public and traffic. HC
Mangat Ram I/O of PP Lad-Bhadol is investigating the case .

PS Joginder Nagar by HC Mangat Ram No 898 that when said HC was
present along with HHC Gagan Deep No.6/3-17 at vill. Khora then he
found that Smt Satya Devi w/o Balam ram r/o vill khora po kolang
tehsil L/ BHAROL Distt Mandi (HP) has laid a heap of sand and concrete
on the road which was causing obstruction to the general Public and
traffic. HC Mangat Ram I/O of PPLad-Bharol is investigating the case.

in PS Joginder Nagar by HC Mangat Ram No. 898 that when said HC was
on patrolling along with other police officials at vill.Ganthala and
during the course of patrolling he found that Ranbir singh S/O sh
Ramesh Chand R/O vill Gonthala Galu PO kolang Tehsil JoginderNagar
Distt Mandi (HP) has laid a heap of said on the road which was
causing obstruction to the general Public and traffic. HC Mangat Ram
I/O of PP lad-Bharol is investigating the case.
CASE OF THEFT
9 Case FIR No. 59/12 dated 18/06/12 U/S 380 IPC has been registered in
PS Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Kamlesh Kumar S/O Sh. Mani Ram VPO
Padhar Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/6/12 at about 4.15
am when he was sleeping in this room along with his elder Brother Arun
Kumar the room was kept open due to hot weather then one unknown
person came into the room and stolen away his laptop, purse including
his driving license , Pan Card & 2 ATM Cards then he wake up and
tried to catch the unknown person but failed due to darkness. The
total cost of stolen laptop is Rs 31000/- HC Hari Singh No. 400 I/O of
PS Padhar is investigating the case
CASE OF CHEATING, FORGERY AND CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY
10 Case FIR No 155/12 dated 17/06/12 U/S 420,467,468,471,120B IPC has
been registered by Inspector Mahinder Kumar Police Station SV& ACB
Mandi that on complaint filed by Sant Ram S/O Sh Durga Ram
Village Fihar PO Sari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi against Prem
Chand S/) Sh Bajira Ram R/O Chhuighat PO Binga Tehsil Sarkaghat that
actual date of birth of sh Prem Chand has been shown as 1943 but the
Secretary GP Binga has given note in the Parivar Register that
according to school leaving certificate date of birth of Prem Chand
is 24/06/1951. Prem Chand has served as fitter in I&PH department
w.e.f 11-01-1995 to 30-06-2009 . Prem Chand has prepared forged
school leaving certificate with the connivance of school officials to
show his date of birth as 24-06-1951 instead of 1943. ASI Sushil
Kumar I/C PP Dharampur is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
11 Case FIR No 156/12 Dated 17/06/12 U/S 279, 337, IPC & 192 (A) MV
Act has been registered on the complaint of Roop Lal S/O Sh Kanshi
Ram R/O VPO Kot Tehsil Sarkaghat that on 17/06/12 he has gone with
JATRA at place Tarada-Khuh Baba Balak Nath on the bus (HP 69A- 0179)
Ambika Private Bus and when they were coming back and reached near
Sulpur Mod , driver of the bus (Raj Kumar R/O VPO Talyana Tehsil
Ghumarwin ) lost the control over the bus and bus met with accident.
This Incident took place due to the rash and negligent driving of the
driver of above said bus. 40/45 persons, who were traveling in this
bus got injured. Case is being investigated by HC Chaman Lal No 28 I/O
of PP Hatli
CASE OF ARSON
12 Case FIR No.174/12 dated 18/6/12 U/S 435 IPC has been registered on
the complaint of B.O. Forest Umesh Kumar forest division Baggi that
on 4/06/12 at about 2pm beat in-charge of Rajgarh forest informed
him that DPF Ganchhol got fire when they reached on the spot fire
got under control but no accused was found. ASI Jagdish Kumar I/O of
PS Balh is investigating the case .
CASE OF HOUSE BREAKING AND THEFT
13 Case FIR No.148/12 dated 18/6/12 U/S 454,380 IPC has been
registered in PS Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Vidya Sagar S/O Lt. Sh.
Partap Singh Village. Badari Batna P.O. Nohali Tehsil Jogindernagar at
present Tenant Residence Kamalsaini H.No.16/12 Ramnagar Mandi(HP) that
on 16/6/12 he went in-Law house with his wife and his two sons present
at home. on 17/6/12 morning at about 6.00 am his elder son Vishal left
for Paddal Ground & come back at 7.00 A.M. , younger son slept in
house . During the morning time unknown person entered in his house
and took the keys of Almira & opened the Almira and broken the Locker
, Stolen away the Golden ornaments one Mangal Sutra Rs. 17500/-,Finger
rings=4 (Two men & Two ladies Rs. 34000/-), Chack Rs.11000/- , Payal
Silver Rs.2500/- ,Rs. 120/- from the purse of his son by the unknown
person . ASI Vijay Kumar I/C PP City Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
14 Case FIR No.99/12 dated 18/06/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been
registered on the complaint of Sh Kailash chand S/O Sh.Keshav Ram R/O
Vill.Tharu PO Jarohal Tehsil SunderNagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he is
the driver in HRTC Depot shimla-3 on 18/6/12 when he was coming from
Manali to Shimla along with HRTC BusNo.HP03B-6055 at about 12pm when
he reached at Ropari NH-21 in mean time one M/cycle No.( HP31B-1049)
came from Jarol side very rashly and hit the bus . ASI Jasbir Singh
I/O Highway Sundernagar is investigating the case. This accident took
place due to the rash and negligent driving of the rider of above said
M/cycle rider. ASI Jasbir Singh I/O highway SunderNagar is
investigating the case .
CHALLAN
15 74 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 22,300/- was recovered
under M.V. Act, 8 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs.
800/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
