Mandi that he is driver of three wheeler (HP34A-7622) on 01/06/12 he was going from Nagwain towards Tanaru, in the mean time a truck (HP11-6573) came from Kullu side very rashly and negligently and hit his three wheeler. Tulla Ram R/O VPO Dhawehar Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi that today at about 07.30 AM at Khanathi Nela a tractor HP66-2630) came from Sudharni side towards Balichowki very rashly and negligently and fell down about 50 meter downward due to rash and negligent driving of driver Chetan Kumar R/O Thalout and three occupants of said tractor also sustained injuries. Mandi that on 26/05/12 he was present in his home, in the mean time his wife called him from her mobile No. 8894711640 to came to her parental house at Approach Road. On this he went to there and his brother-in-law Naresh Kumar beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Suresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

Mandi put on fire areas of Sheel forest and damaged the forest produces. HHC Attar Singh No. 154 I.O. of PS BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

10. 112 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 12,000/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 5 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
