1. Case FIR No. 91/12 dated 05/06/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Mohit Kumar S/O Sh. Sohan Lal R/O village Ismailpur PO Nishoi Tehsil Amla Distt. Bareli (UP) that he is working as driver with a tractor (HP07-9335) owned by Sh. Sher Singh. Today he loaded stones in above tractor and he was going from Dohag to Nagani to unload these stones and when he reached near Darobari, in the mean time a scooter (HP29-2289) came from Darobari side very rashly and struck with his tractor. Rider of above scooter Kishu S/O Sh. Vinod R/O VPO Chauntra along with his associate Sunny sustained injuries. HC Thakur Singh No. 31 I.O. of P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No. 127/12 dated 05/06/12 U/S 383,406,420,464,468,470,471,477A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Gursev Singh S/O Sh. Santokh Singh R/O Sh. Krishna Nagar Rani-Ki-Bain PO Gutkar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that he has owned land 14-10-0 bigha at Fati Shillihar Kothi Ktkandi Teshil & Distt. Mandi Kullu and Sanjay Batra S/O Sh. Manmohan Singh Batra H.No. L-11 First Floor Rajauri Garden Kirtinagar, New Delhi along with Sanjay S/O Sh. Rajinder Singh R/O Vill. Milk Chakkarpur Distt. Gaziabad and Vijender Kumar S/O Sh. Lal Singh R/O H.No. 216 Ameerpur Garhi PO Muradabad Distt. Gaziabad were misusing the stamp, letter head pad of the complainant to hand over his above land to the multinational company fraudulently. ASI Brij Lal I.o. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF ABDUCTION
3. Case FIR No. 163/12 dated 05/06/12 U/S 366 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the written complaint of Kumari Monika D/O Sh. Amar Singh R/O VPO Nagchala that on 05/06/12 she was going to driving school at Ratti, in the mean time Atul Mehta came there by his car and forcibly pushed her in his car and she asked to him what are you doing? On this he told her that he will marry with her and they are going to Bilaspur. On this she refused his proposal and thereafter he dropped her at Dadaur. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF DEATH DUE TO FALLING OF A BRANCH OF TREE
4. On 05/06/12 at about 7 PM a branch of tree fell down due to storm upon Smt. Saroj Kumari W/O Sh. Rajesh Kumar R/O Vill. Garli PO Gharwasra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi and she died on the spot. Proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. is being carried out by the local police of P.S. Sarkaghat.
CHALLAN
5. 63 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 12,900/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 36 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 57,00/- /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
