CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND INTIMIDATION
1. Case FIR No. 181/12 dated 21/06/12 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Vipan Kumar S/O Sh.
Mool Raj R/O Vill. Malwana PO Tikker Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on
21/06/12 at about 07.45 PM Pankaj Kumar, Jiwa Nand and Inder Singh
obstructing her way and beat her up. ASI Shamer Singh I.O. of P.S.
Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2. Case FIR No. 180/12 dated 21/06/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Shashi Pal S/O Sh.
Gauri Dutt R/O vill. Bagrah PO Rakhoh Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi
that on 21/06/12 at about 8 PM he was going to his home by his car
(HP22T-9515) and when he reached near patrol pump at Dadaur, in the
mean time a M/Cycle (HP33A-2537) came from Nerchowk side and struck
with his car and rider of said car sustained injuries. ASI Shamsher
Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF SUICIDE
3. Case FIR No. 105/12 dated 21/06/12 U/S 306, 34 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by HC Thakur Singh I.O. of P.P.
Ghatta that at about 03.40 PM Vice President Rajeev Sood informed
telephonically that a maruti car (PB06K-7851) was parked near railway
crossing Ahju and in said car a man and a lady were crying for water.
On this he visited the spot along with other police officials and he
found that a man and a lady were in unconscious condition. On this he
called ambulance from CH Baijnath and they both brought to CH Baijnath
where they both were declared brought dead by the M.O. concerned.
During the course of search of their vehicle a suicide note was found
which was written by Parneet Kaur @ Neeru W/O Mr. Harbinder Singh in
which she alleged that one Yusuf Masih (uncle of Sushil Bhatti) has
harassed her husband by registering a false case U/S 306 IPC and his
foreign visa has also been canceled and due to harassment of said
Yusuf Masih they are committing suicide.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
4. Case FIR No. 106/12 dated 21/06/12 U/S 279,337 IPC & 184 M.V. Act
has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Deep
Chand S/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Vill. Chowki PO Tramat Tehsil
Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi that 21/06/12 he was carrying the DJ System
to Tramat by vehicle No. HP29A-2579) along with other three persons
namely Krishan Chand, Manbahadur and Suresh Kumar and when they
reached near Chowki bridge above mentioned vehicle fell down from the
road and they all sustained injuries. ASI Sat Pal I/C PP Ghatta is
investigating the case.
CASE OF HURT & INTIMIDATION
5. Case FIR No. 73/12 dated 22/06/12 U/S 325,504 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Kaushlya Devi W/O
Sh. Ganesh Lal R/O Vill. Oyari PO Chailchowk Tehsil Chachiot Distt.
Mandi that on 18/06/12 Bir Singh father-in-law of her daughter Suman
beat her up along with her husband and they both sustained injuries.
HC Deep Chand No. 910 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.
CASE OF NON-APPEARANCE IN RESPONSE TO PROCLAMATION
6. Case FIR No. 74/12 dated 22/06/12 U/S 174A IPC has been registered
in P.S. Gohar by ASI Hans Raj I.O. of P.S. Gohar that he along with
other police officials arrested P.O. Dhameshwar @ Roshan Lal S/O Sh.
Hariya Ram R/O Vill. Jail PO Jachh Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi who
was wanted in case FIR No. 101/08 dated 03/06/2008 U/S 451,323,34 IPC
and declared PO on 29/09/2011 by the Ld. Court of SDJM Gohar. ASI
Hans Raj is investigating the case.
CASE OF THEFT
7. Case FIR No. 102/12 dated 21/06/12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered
in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Jagdish Lal S/O Sh.
Mahantu Ram R/O H. No. 359/4 R/O Salah PO Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar
Distt. Mandi that on 20/06/12 he along with Rajender Kumar S/O Sh.
Jagdish Chand R/O H. No. 360/04 Salah PO Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar
Distt. Mandi parked their cars (HP31-7352 & HP31-7046) in the
courtyard of their houses and on 21/06/12 when they checked their
vehicles they found that ECM of both cars have been stolen away by
some unknown culprits. HC Ravinder Singh No. 863 I.O. of P.S.
Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF MISCHIEF BY INJURY TO WORKS OF IRRIGATION
8. Case FIR No. 103/12 dated 22/06/12 U/S 430 IPC has been registered
in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Arun Sharma Asstt.
Engineer I & PH Sub Division Sundernagar that on 20/06/12 Krishan Lal
S/O Sh. Bhadur Singh R/O Slapper has broken 1" Dias drinking water
supply pipe line of WSS Dehar Slapper and water supply of Harizon
Basti Saroh is effected badly. ASI Shanti Swaroop I/C PP Slapper is
investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSCENE ACTS, SONGS AND WORDS TO INSULT THE MODESTY OF A WOMAN
9. Case FIR No. 104/12 dated 22/06/12 U/S 294,509 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Meena Devi D/O Sh.
Balak Ram R/O VPO Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that she
loves Chottu Ram and had committed to marry with him but on 19/06/12
Sant Ram S/O Sh Bhagat Ram R/O Halel PO Kanaid Tehsil Sunderngar
Distt. Mandi used obscene language and also doing obscene acts with
the intention to harass her. HC Tek Chand No. 900 I.O. of P.S.
Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF THEFT
10. Case FIR No. 103/12 dated 22/06/12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered
in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Datta Ram JTO Telephone
Exchange Karsog that O/H cable's 20 pairs (approximately length 250
Meters) amounting to Rs. 17,500/- and 10 pairs of O/H cables about 400
meters amounting to Rs. 12,000/- were stolen away on 19/06/12 by some
unknown culprits. HC Ashok Kumar No. 885 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is
investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANTS AND INTIMIDATION
11. Case FIR No. 158/12 dated 21/06/12 U/S 451,353,504,34 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Rajesh Kumar
S/O Sh. Dharam Chand R/O Vill. Shila Kippar PO Duddar Tehsil Sadar
Distt. Mandi that he is serving as booking clerk in HRTC Mandi since
last 6 months. On 21/06/12 at about 07.30 PM he was booking a bus at
Mandi which was bounded from Manali to Delhi, in the mean time two
boys namely Narinder Kumar and Pankaj Kumar entered in the booking
cabin forcibly and he told them to took your ticket on lin. On this
they both beat him up. ASI Swarn Roop Sing I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is
investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTIG WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
12. Case FIR No. 159/12 dated 21/06/12 U/S 342,323,504,506,34 IPC has
been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the written complaint Sh.
Narinder Kumar S/O Sh. Girdhari Lal R/O Vill. Ghoad PO Duder Tehsil
Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 21/06/12 at 07.30 PM he was standing in a
row along with Pankaj for taking ticket at bus stand Mandi and he told
to the booking clerk to give him ticket as he is standing in queue
since long. On this booking clerk told him that he will accommodate
firstly staff members and then he will give the tickets to you. On
this he told him why are you partially, on this booking clerk came out
along with other staff members and beat him up. HC Manoj Kumar I.O. of

CHALLAN
13. 59 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 22,140/- was recovered
under M.V. Act, 6 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs.
600/- was recovered & 1 challan was issued under Mining Act during
last 24 hours.
