CRIME REPORT 30 JUNE

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

1          case FIR No. 107/12 dated 29/6/12 U/S 279, 304A IPC has been registered in PS Karsog on the complaint of sh Bhim Singh S/O Sh Roshan Lal Village Hara Boi sub Tehsil Nihri at present Pardhan GP Hara Boi Distt Mandi (HP) on 29/6/12 at about 8:30 pm he came to know that Alto Car No. (HP 32-6633) met with an accident at Chalog. Then he came at spot and found that  two persons namely Dharam Chand S/O kahan Chand and Dinesh Kumar S/O Moti Ram village Hara Boi were lying in  dead  condition at the  spot and driver Kanta Devi  was injured. That accident took place due to rash and negligent driving of driver Kanta Devi W/O Lila Dhar village Dogari PO Dogari sub Tehsil Nihri. ASI Sohan Lal I/C PP Pangna is investigated the  case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT  

2          Case FIR No. 188/12 dated 30/6/12 U/S 279, 337, 304 (A) IPC has been registered in PS Balh by ASI Om Prakash I/C PP Rewalsar that on 30/6/12 at about 3.15 AM Sh. Ramesh Chand  S/O Netar Singh R/O Rakhed ( Batahan) was driving the truck No. (HP11A-1355)  and one another person  namely GeetaNand was also sitting in the truck when reached  near  zero point  turning in mean time  driver Ramesh  Chand could not control the truck and  truck fell down 150 feet downward from the road  Geeta Nand died on the spot and driver  Ramesh  Chand got injured. Thisn accident took place due to rash  rash & negligent driving of the driver of above said truck. ASI Om Prakash I/ C PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3         Case FIR No 113/12 Dated 29/6/12 U/S 323,506(2)IPC Has been registered in PS SunderNagar on the complaint  of  Parma Nand S/O Sh. Himmat Ram R/O Village Badon, PO Jarol, Tehsil Sundernagar,  Distt. Mandi (HP)That on 17/01/12 at about 8:30 AM  Dilu Ram S/o Sh. Himmat Ram , Roshani Devi W/O Sh. Dillu Ram , Reena alias Sheela D/o Sh. Dillu Ram  and Dinesh Kumar alias Rinku S/o Sh. Dilu Ram All residents of Village Bataud, PO Jarol, Tehsil Sundernagar, Distt. Mandi (H.P).attacked him  and beat him up  and also  beaten his daughter –in-law  and threatened  him. HC Hem Raj No19 I/O of  PP Dehar is investigating the case .

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4          Case FIR  No. 171/12 dated 29/06/12 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat  on the complaint of Pushp Raj S/O Sh. Balak Ram R/O Vill. Gokhra PO Paloh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 29/06/12 he and his friend Sonu and Hemmant Kumar were travelling in Alto Car No.(HP02K-1444) towars Gokhra and car was driven by Hemmat kumar S/O Prem Sukh VPO Paloh Tehsil Sarkaghat Ditt Mandi when they reached near Baggi Mod the driver of above  said car lost  the  control on the vehicle and car  fell down about 50 Mtr.downward from the road  . HC Narpat Ram No 886 I/O of PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case .

1. Case FIR No. 168/12 dated 28/06/12 U/S 354 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Bohri Devi W/O Sh. Chet Ram R/O VPO Jamni Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that she is posted as peon in veterinary hospital at Jamani and on 28/06/12 at about 10 AM she was present in hospital, in the mean time pharmacist Hem Raj tried to outrage her modesty. 2. Case FIR No. 169/12 dated 29/06/12 U/S 435,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Gian Chand S/O Sh. Brahma Nand R/O Vill. Ghodi PO Smaila Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 26/06/12 at about 2 PM Amar Nath S/O Sh. Brahma Nand, Ashok Kumar S/O Sh. Amar Nath and  Nand Lal brunt his fire wood (Balan) with wrongful intention. SI Kripal Singh I.O. of P.S. 3. Case FIR No. 170/12 dated 29/06/12 U/S 341,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Meera Devi W/O Sh. Dhani Ram R/O Vill. Rayun PO Dharampur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 29/06/12 at about 0815 AM she was coming back from Dharampur to her native place and when she reached near village Riyun,  Sukh Ram S/O Sh, Kalu Ram resident of same locality obstructed her way and beat her up. 4. Case FIR No. 187/12 dated 28/06/12 U/S 147,149,447,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Rajender Kumar S/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Vill. Charari PO Badsu Tehsil Sadar Ditt. Mandi that on 28/06/12 Chhotu, Hariya, Ghanu, Sawaran, Sohanu, Raj Kumar, Raju and Anju entered in his field with tractor (HP65-2960) and tractor (HP65-2956) and plough their fields unlawfully. When he along with his brother and daughter-in-law tried to stop them they all beat them up and his brother and daughter-in-law sustained injuries. HC Ram Singh No. 66 I.O. of P.S. Mandi obstructed him and beat him up.

3          Case FIR No 167/12 dated 27-06-12 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered on the complaint  of Sh Santosh kumar S/O Sh Prem Chand  R/O Gourat PO sayoh Tehsil & ps  Sarkaghat Distt Mandi HP that on dated 27-06-12 at about 3.30 PM when he was Working   in his field at vill Gourat  then Ganga Ram  s/o Devi Singh and his wife rupi devi vill gorat po Sayoh tehsil sarkaghat distt mandi restrain his way  and abused ,beaten with Dunda and sustain injury.   Case is being investigated by Hc Jagdish Chand   IO PP Dharm pur

4          Case FIR No.186/12 dated 27/6/12 U/S 341,323,34 IPC  has been registred in PS Balh on the  statement of smt Prema devi w/o Ganesh  r/o vill Mora Patti Teshil , distt daousa rajyastain she stated that on dtd 27-6-12 at about 5 pm when she was present with her family at dadour chowk then 2/3 local boy  sanjay and banty and two other boy  obstucked her way and beaten him with danda she sustain injury in her body . Dudar that On 27-6-12 at 3.30 pm on this land Dhani Rma , Balwant , Promila and Dhani Ram , his brother in law Harish Kumar cutting /cleaning grass  in mean time  Balwant , Harish and Promila and Dhani  started beaten her husband . CRIME REPORT 27 JUNE

CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 168/12 dated 26/06/12 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by HC Krishan Kumar No. 900 I.O. of P.P. Pandoh that on 26/06/12 at about 9.40 PM he laid a nakka at Pandoh Dam towards Saroa link road along with other police officials, in the mean time a person came on foot from Saroa side towards  Pandoh and on seeing police party he returned back at once. On suspicion he was caught with the help of police party and during the course of his personal search he recovered 100 gram cannabis (charas) from his possession and also revealed out his name as Tikkam Ram S/O Sh. Beli Ram R/O Vill. MUsrani PO Kanda Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Krishan Kumar No. 900 I.O. of P.P. Pandoh.

Mandi that on 26/06/12 he was coming back from Manali by his car (HP33B-3354) and a truck (HP65-2092) was going in front of his car and when said truck reached near Dyod more driver of said truck lost control over it and rolled down from the road. 9. Case FIR No. 165/12 dated 27/06/12 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Munshi Ram S/O Sh. Nek Ram  VPO Pingla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that w.e.f. 17/04/2012 complainant has received calls from mobile No. 0812624716, 08126247913 regarding the loan case and Sachin Sharma gave him an account No. and complainant deposited about Rs. 4 lac for taking loan but  on contacting above Nos. he found that the Bharti Sun Finance Company is fake company and  accused Sachin Sharma cheated him. 10. Case FIR No. 57/12 dated 26/06/12  U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Kushal Kumar S/O Sh. Shayam Singh R/O Salashi PO Gehdawin, Tehsil Jhanduta, Distt Bilaspur  that on 26/06/12  at about 4.30 PM Arun Chauhan S/O Sh. Preetam Singh  Chuhan R/O Kasohal PO Morsingi Tehsil Ghumarwin Disttt. Bilaspur (HP) obstructed his way at Majhrot  and beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences. Accused Arun Chauhan is arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Chint Ram No. 873 I.O. of P.S. BSL Sundernagar is investigating the case.   

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

11. Case FIR No. 185/12 dated 26/06/12 U/S  279, 337  IPC has  been registered in P.S. Balh by ASI Lacchi Ram I/O of Highway patrol Balh beat that  on 26/06/12  truck (HP66-4786) hit a car (HP76-0831) at Daundhi  near Nagchalla and in this incident one person and one lady sustained injuries. ASI Lacchi Ram I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE UNDER  SC & ST (PREVENTION OF ATROCITIES) ACT &  INTIMIDATION

12.  Case FIR No 110/12 dated 27/06/12  U/S 3 (1) (X) of SC&ST ( Prevention of Atrocities ) Act  & U/A  504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Chint Ram S/O Sh. Naryanu Ram along with other resident of R/O Vill. Saroh PO Sudahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that   they are permanent resident of  above mentioned village & their neighbourer  Krishan Lal S/O Sh. Bhadar Singh  R/O Saroh P.O. Sudahan Tehsil  Sundernagar Distt Mandi abused them by using words by their cast  i.e. Chamar, Dagi  etc. loudly from the roof of his house. Krishan Lal also broke the  water supply pipe line and also cut down the mango trees from their land. Sh Ajay Rana SDPO Sundernagar is investigating the case.

            Case FIR No. 163/12 dated 25/06/12 U/S 147,149,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the written complaint of Sh. Suraj Singh S/O Sh. Hem Singh R/O Vill. Ambi Mohi PO Pingla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi at present student of BA 2^nd year in Govt. College Mandi that on 25/06/12 at about 10 AM he was standing along with Suresh, Gopal Krishan members of SFI Mandi unit near the office of the Principal, in the mean time 15/20 workers of ABVP came there who were equipped with sticks and rods attacked upon them and they sustained injuries. Odi PO Mandap Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) at present student of MA 2^nd year that on 25/06/12 at about 5 PM he was going  to hospital and when he reached on new bridge near market,  Suraj,  Gopal Krishan, Suresh Sarwal, Rajnish & Pawan Kumar beat him up. Mandi that on 25/06/12 he along with his son were going to their home, on the way Dinesh Kumar and his wife obstructed their way and also abused them. HC Suman Kumar No. 39 I.O. of P.P. 2. Case FIR No. 75/12 dated 24/06/12 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh Bhag Chand S/O Sh. Suba Ram R/O Vill. Bagsalana PO. & Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi that on 23/06/12  at about  10 PM his cousin Mahender  was coming to his home along with other 3 persons by a vehicle (HP01M-0475) which was driven by  driver Hans Raj and when they reached at Rakkni, in the mean time driver of above vehicle lost  control over it struck said vehicle with a rock and all occupants of above vehicle sustained injuries. 10. Case FIR No. 162/12 dated 25/06/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Harminder Singh S/O Sh. Joginder Paul Singh R/O House No. 45/11 Tarna Hills Mandi that at about 10.30 PM a car (HP31-5544) came very rashly and hit his car (HP28-6727). CASE OF SUICIDE
3. Case FIR No. 105/12 dated 21/06/12 U/S 306, 34 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by HC Thakur Singh I.O. of P.P.
Ghatta that at about 03.40 PM Vice President Rajeev Sood informed
telephonically that a maruti car (PB06K-7851) was parked near railway
crossing Ahju and in said car a man and a lady were crying for water.
On this he visited the spot along with other police officials and he
found that a man and a lady were in unconscious condition. On this he
called ambulance from CH Baijnath and they both brought to CH Baijnath
where they both were declared brought dead by the M.O. concerned.
During the course of search of their vehicle a suicide note was found
which was written by Parneet Kaur @ Neeru W/O Mr. Harbinder Singh in
which she alleged that one Yusuf Masih (uncle of Sushil Bhatti) has
harassed her husband by registering a false case U/S 306 IPC and his
foreign visa has also been canceled and due to harassment of said
Yusuf Masih they are committing suicide.

Kumar S/O Sh. Mani Ram R/O Vill. Sarakan PO Tibbi Tehsil Tibbi Distt.
Hanumangarh Rajasthan who is electrician by profession and he was
called by his elder brother to Manali who is working at Manali and on
17/06/12 he along with Rewat Ram and Rajesh left towards Manai by a
taxi and when they reached at Bhiuli one persons signaled to them for
lift and he told that I am going to Kullu if they accommodate him he
will paid Rs. 300/- . On this they accommodated him in their taxi and
about 2/3 KMs ahead he told them his house is nearby & upper side the
road and he will brought his clothes and on his request they also went
along with him to his house and they all sat inside his house in lower
storey. Some time after three persons came there bolted the door and
started their personal search. Complainant has Rs. 40,000/- in his
pocket which was taken by these three persons and thereafter they
locked them along with taxi upper storey of the said house. Next day
one person namely Rakesh @ Raku demanded Rs. 2 lac from him and when
he refused they all beat him up. On 19/06/12 morning driver of taxi
requested to them to release him and they released him. Thereafter
Rakesh @ Raku gave his account number and told to them to deposit Rs.
10,000/- in his account. On this Rajesh SMS to his home and told to
deposit an amount of Rs. 10,000/- in the account of Rakesh @ Raku and
after depositing of Rs. 10,000/- in said account they released to
Rajesh Kumar. On 19/06/12 he conveyed the entire episode to his
brother and thereafter they lodged an FIR in P.S. Sadar Mandi. Accused

9 Case FIR No. 59/12 dated 18/06/12 U/S 380 IPC has been registered in
PS Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Kamlesh Kumar S/O Sh. Mani Ram VPO
Padhar Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/6/12 at about 4.15
am when he was sleeping in this room along with his elder Brother Arun
Kumar the room was kept open due to hot weather then one unknown
person came into the room and stolen away his laptop, purse including
his driving license , Pan Card & 2 ATM Cards then he wake up and
tried to catch the unknown person but failed due to darkness. The
total cost of stolen laptop is Rs 31000/- HC Hari Singh No. 400 I/O of

CASE OF CHEATING, FORGERY AND CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY
10 Case FIR No 155/12 dated 17/06/12 U/S 420,467,468,471,120B IPC has
been registered by Inspector Mahinder Kumar Police Station SV& ACB
Mandi that on complaint filed by Sant Ram S/O Sh Durga Ram
Village Fihar PO Sari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi against Prem
Chand S/) Sh Bajira Ram R/O Chhuighat PO Binga Tehsil Sarkaghat that
actual date of birth of sh Prem Chand has been shown as 1943 but the
Secretary GP Binga has given note in the Parivar Register that
according to school leaving certificate date of birth of Prem Chand
is 24/06/1951. Prem Chand has served as fitter in I&PH department
w.e.f 11-01-1995 to 30-06-2009 . Prem Chand has prepared forged
school leaving certificate with the connivance of school officials to
show his date of birth as 24-06-1951 instead of 1943. ASI Sushil
Kumar I/C PP Dharampur is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
11 Case FIR No 156/12 Dated 17/06/12 U/S 279, 337, IPC & 192 (A) MV
Act has been registered on the complaint of Roop Lal S/O Sh Kanshi
Ram R/O VPO Kot Tehsil Sarkaghat that on 17/06/12 he has gone with
JATRA at place Tarada-Khuh Baba Balak Nath on the bus (HP 69A- 0179)
Ambika Private Bus and when they were coming back and reached near
Sulpur Mod , driver of the bus (Raj Kumar R/O VPO Talyana Tehsil
Ghumarwin ) lost the control over the bus and bus met with accident.
This Incident took place due to the rash and negligent driving of the
driver of above said bus. 40/45 persons, who were traveling in this
bus got injured. Case is being investigated by HC Chaman Lal No 28 I/O
of PP Hatli
CASE OF ARSON
12 Case FIR No.174/12 dated 18/6/12 U/S 435 IPC has been registered on
the complaint of B.O. Forest Umesh Kumar forest division Baggi that
on 4/06/12 at about 2pm beat in-charge of Rajgarh forest informed
him that DPF Ganchhol got fire when they reached on the spot fire
got under control but no accused was found. ASI Jagdish Kumar I/O of
PS Balh is investigating the case .
CASE OF HOUSE BREAKING AND THEFT
13 Case FIR No.148/12 dated 18/6/12 U/S 454,380 IPC has been
registered in PS Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Vidya Sagar S/O Lt. Sh.
Partap Singh Village. Badari Batna P.O. Nohali Tehsil Jogindernagar at
present Tenant Residence Kamalsaini H.No.16/12 Ramnagar Mandi(HP) that
on 16/6/12 he went in-Law house with his wife and his two sons present
at home. on 17/6/12 morning at about 6.00 am his elder son Vishal left
for Paddal Ground & come back at 7.00 A.M. , younger son slept in
house . During the morning time unknown person entered in his house
and took the keys of Almira & opened the Almira and broken the Locker
, Stolen away the Golden ornaments one Mangal Sutra Rs. 17500/-,Finger
rings=4 (Two men & Two ladies Rs. 34000/-), Chack Rs.11000/- , Payal
Silver Rs.2500/- ,Rs. 120/- from the purse of his son by the unknown
person . ASI Vijay Kumar I/C PP City Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
14 Case FIR No.99/12 dated 18/06/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been
registered on the complaint of Sh Kailash chand S/O Sh.Keshav Ram R/O
Vill.Tharu PO Jarohal Tehsil SunderNagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he is
the driver in HRTC Depot shimla-3 on 18/6/12 when he was coming from
Manali to Shimla along with HRTC BusNo.HP03B-6055 at about 12pm when
he reached at Ropari NH-21 in mean time one M/cycle No.( HP31B-1049)
came from Jarol side very rashly and hit the bus . ASI Jasbir Singh
I/O Highway Sundernagar is investigating the case. This accident took
place due to the rash and negligent driving of the rider of above said
M/cycle rider. ASI Jasbir Singh I/O highway SunderNagar is
investigating the case .
CHALLAN
15 74 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 22,300/- was recovered
under M.V. Act, 8 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs.
800/- was recovered during last 24 hours.

CASE OF THEFT AND FOREST ACT

1. Case FIR NO. 72/12 dated 17/06/12 U/S 379 IPC and U/S 41,42 Forest Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Roshan Lal S/O Sh. Prem Singh VPO Mandal Distt. Mandi at present R.O. Nachan that on 16/06/12 at about 11.45 PM he laid a nakka at Naun- Behri road along with other officials of forest department and during the course of nakka a vehicle (HP34A-1021) broke the nakka and fled away from the spot. He chased above vehicle along with other officials and found said vehicle parked on the road side and during the course of checking of vehicle he found 10 logs of cedar (deodar) in side of above vehicle which were taken into possession. HC Rajesh Kumar No. 64 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2. Case FIR No. 99/12 dated 16/06/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Subhash Chand I/C PP Bassi that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Basahi and during the course of patrolling he recovered 17,200 ML) country liquor from the possession of Sambhu Ram S/O Sh. Trahdu Ram R/O VPO Chalarag Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Subhash Chand I/C PP Bassi.

Mandi that on 16/06/12 at about 7 PM she was going to her house and when she reached at Dharesa, Promila Devi W/O Sh. Hari Chand obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Amrit Lal I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

6. Vipin Kumar S/O Sh. Madan Lal R/O Bholughat PO Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi, Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Kanshi Ram R/O Ratoli PO Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi HP were arrested on 16/06/12 by ASI Ajit Singh I/C PP Hattli who were wanted in case FIR No 137/12 dated 02/06/12 U/S 363,366,376,120B IPC. These both accused are being produced before the Ld Court.

CASE OF RASH & NEGLIGENT ACT

7. Case FIR No. 90/12 dated 16/06/12 U/S 285 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Block Officer, Forest Block Kotalu Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi that on 15/06/12 fire broke out in the areas of Naganal and Jakhol forest in which about loss of forest produces/property is occurred about Rs. 90,000/-. ASI Amar Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

8. Case FIR No. 91/12 dated 16/06/12 U/S 285 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Block Officer, Forest Block Kotalu Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi that on 15/06/12 fire broke out in the areas of Behal forest in which about loss of forest produces/property is occurred about Rs. 55,000/-. HC Ashok Kumar No. 885, I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

9. Case FIR No. 92/12 dated 16/06/12 U/S 285 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Block Officer, Forest Block Kotalu Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi that on 16/06/12 fire broke out in the areas of Kandlu forest in which about 700 TAK of Forest Corporation were burnt. ASI Amar Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT

10. Case FIR No. 93/12 dated 16/06/12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Dola Ram S/O Sh. Het Ram R/O Vill. Kao Tehsil Karsog C/O Telephone Exchange Karsog Distt. Mandi that on 23/05/12 he received a call from Sh. Amar Singh that some unknown culprits stole away telephone wire from Jartolu. On this he visited the spot and found that 500 meters cable and two number telephone poles were stolen away from Jarotalu village. Approximately value of stolen property is Rs.37,000/-. HC Ranjeet Singh No. 74 I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

11. Case FIR No. 94/12 dated 17/06/12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Naval Kishore S/O Sh. Narain Singh R/O Vill. Mandokar PO Kot Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi at present R.M. Telephone Exchange Seribunglow Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi that on 25/05/12 he found telephone cable from Charog to Seri Bungalow was stolen away by some unknown culprits. Approximately value of stolen property is about Rs. 70,000/- HC Ashok Kumar No. 885 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT, OBSTRUCTING WAY, ASSAULT AND INTIMIDATION

12. Case FIR No. 172/12 dated 16/06/12 U/S 323,341,355,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Harnam Singh S/O Sh. Laxman Dass R/O VPO Bangrotu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 16/06/12 Om Prakash beat him up along with his wife and they both sustained injuries. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

Mandi that today at about 10 AM he was going to Sundernagar by bus and when he reached at Dadaur, Annu and Nabu beat him up with fist blow and he sustained injuries. HC Ram Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

14. 95 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 22,400/- was recovered under M.V. Act, 15 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1500/- was recovered & 3 challans were issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
