CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1.       Case FIR No. 218/15 dated 27/08/2015 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered at PS Balh on the complaint of Sh. Vishal Guleria S/O Mahinder Singh Village Arthi PO Bhangrotu Tehsil Balh District Mandi HP that on 26/08/2015 at 10:45 PM when he was going  towards Dadour with Mahinder Singh at Kishan Bhawan, Ravinder Kumar @ Rajju and Sunil Kumar obstructed their way and beat  them up. HC Raj Mal I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF HP EXCISE ACT

2.       Case FIR No. 76/15 Dated 26/08/2015 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Padhar by ASI Subhash Singh I/O SIU Mandi that he was on patrolling along with other Police Officials at Ropri Ghat and during the process of patrolling he recovered 12 Bottle of  illicit liquor from the possession of   Durga Ram S/O Sh. Khube Ram R/O Vill. RopriGhat PO Kamand Teshil Sadar District Mandi. ASI Subhash Singh I/O SIU Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESSPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3.       Case FIR No. 218/15 dated 26/08/15 U/S 451,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered at PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Prem Singh S/O Sh. Sunder Singh VPO Nalyana,  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi HP that on 26/8/15 at  2:30PM he was at his shop then Kirna Devi & her mother Savitri Devi entered into his shop at Nalyana, abused and beat him up. HC Vijay Kumar is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

4.       Case FIR No.  110/15 dated  26/08/15 U/S  325  IPC  has been registered at PS Karsog on the complaint of  Sh. Keshab Ram   S/O Sh. Findu Ram  Village  Majhash   PO & Tehsil  Karsog Distt. Mandi  that on 25/08/15 at 6:30 PM  Govind Ram S/O Sewati Village Panjrat beat him up. HC Vijay Kumar I/O PS Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

5.       Case FIR No. 52/15 dated 26/08/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered at PS Dharampur by HHC Pal Singh that on 26/06/15 he was on patrolling along with other Police officials at Basantpur and during the process of patrolling he found a heap of raw material laid on the road by Ranjeet Singh S/O Chand Ram R/O Basantpur Tehsil Dharampur Distt. Mandi which was causing obstruction to the general public as well as traffic. HHC Pal Singh is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

6.       247 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 35200/- was recovered and 12 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1200/- was recovered and 05 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 18100/- was recovered during the last 24 hours.
