CASE OF GAMBLING ACT

1        Case FIR No. 204/15  dated 14/08/15  U/S  13 of Gambling Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by  ASI  Trilok Chand  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat that on 14/08/15  he  was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials  at Sarkaghat  Bazaar  and during  the course of patrolling he recovered Rs 800/-  alongwith  playing card  from the possession of  Kashmir Singh S/O Sh Mahajan R/O  Khalardu, Mohinder Singh  S/O Sh. Hari Singh  R/O  Baihna PO Hari,  Lashkari Ram  S/O Sh. Prabhu Ram  R/O  Parsada PO Ropari &  Meema Bahadur S/O Sh. Chand Bahadur R/O Ward No.7 Baihad  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI  Trilok  Chand  I.O. of  P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating  the case.

CASE OF MINING ACT

2        C ase  FIR No. 209/15  dated 14/08/15  U/S 379 IPC & U/S 21 of Mining  Act has been registered in P.S. Sunderangar  by  SI  Manmohan Singh  I.O. of  P.S. Sundernagar that on 14 /08/15  he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials  at  Dugraie and during the course of patrolling  he recovered   two Tipper & two  Tractor   alongwith   sand  &  concrete from the possession of  Mustkim S/O Sh Rahmat Ali  R/O  Dinak.  SI  Manmohan Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF MINING ACT

3        Case FIR No. 84/15 dated 15/08/15  U/S 379  IPC & U/S  26 of Mining Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Bansi Lal  S/O Sh. Jangi Ram  R/O  Lower  Behli PO  Upper  Behli Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that     Rahmat Ali , Mohammad Ali and  Krishan Lal   are  doing  illegal mining  in   Raru river  by  digging   on the  bank  of  river .  HC Ram Lal  No. 543 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ASSAULT , HURT AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4        Case  FIR No. 176/15 dated 15/08/15  U/S 356 , 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Rakesh  Kumar S/O Sh.  Chandi Prasad R/O  Chadyara PO  Gutkar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 14/08/15  Krishan Chand &  Hem Singh  both are the resident of  Bairi PO  Gumanu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP)  have assaulted  upon him  and he  sustained injuries and also threatened him with dire consequences.  SI Ram Lal  I/O of P.S. Sadar is investigating  the case.

 CASE OF  ASSAULT , OBSTRUCTING WAY  AND HURT

5       Case FIR No.177/15 dated 15/08/15  U/S  356, 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the  complaint of Sh. Krishan Chand  S/O Sh.  Sant Ram R/O  Bairi PO  Gumanu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/08/15  Rakesh  Kumar  S/O Sh. Chandi  Prasad R/O  Chadyara PO  Gutkar Distt. Mandi (HP) , obstructed his way, assaulted  upon him and he sustained injuries.  HC  Kamal Singh  No. 79  I.O. of P.S. Sadar   is investigating the case.

6       136  Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 17100/- was recovered and 01 Challan was  issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs.100/- was recovered and 01 Challan was issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 4600/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
