1. Case FIR No. 123/2015 dated 17/8/2015 U/S 341/323/504/506 IPC has been registered at PS Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Megh Singh S/O Lt .Sh. Nek Ram R/O Vill. Jon PO Pipali Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt Mandi HP that on dated 16/8/2015 at about 5:30PM he was going to his home alongwith his wife Smt. Kaushalay Devi at that time Sohan Singh S/O Sh. Dayalu Ram R/O Jon obstructed his way and beat him up and threatened him. HC Mangat Ram I/O PP Bassi is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2. Case FIR No. 92/2015 dated 16/8/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Aut on the complaint of Dhambu Ram S/O Sh. Hari Singh R/O Sanuru PO & Sub Tehsil Balichowki Distt Mandi stated that on dated 16/8/2015 he was going to Jalandhar by his own Jeep No. HP66-1513. Driver Param Dev were driving the jeep and at about 4:30 PM when they reached at near Dhar at that time driver lost control of vehicle and fell from the road . In this accident Ramesh S/O Sh. Hari Singh sustained injuries. HC Yogender Pal I/O PS Aut is investigating the case.
CASE OF ND&PS ACT
3. Case FIR No 212/15 dated 16/8/15 U/S 20-61-85 of ND & PS Act has been registered at PS Sundernagar by HC Nand Lal I/O PS Sunder Nagar stated that on dated 16/08/2015 at 7:30 PM he was on patrolling along with other Police Officials at place Pungh and during the course of patrolling he recovered 50 Gram Charas (Cannabis) from the possession of Aman S/O Sh. Sanjay Kumar Vill. Tulli PO Pragpur Tehsil Dehar Distt. Kangra HP. HC Nand Lal I/O PS Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
4. 176 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 33000 /- was recovered and 11 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1100 was recovered and 02 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 16200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
