CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT, MISCHIEF & CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION  

 

1        Case FIR No. 213/15 dated 15/08/15  U/S  451, 323, 504, 506 , 427, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Ram Parkash S/O  Late. Sh. Jai  Ram  R/O  Balh Tikkar Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  he is a shopkeeper  at  Chakkar. On  15/08/15  Sunny came alongwith his mother & sister, entered in his  shop, beat him up  and he sustained  injuries  and  they  also damaged  some articles  in his shop and  threatened  him with dire consequences.  HC Rajesh  Kumar  No. 64  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

 

2        Case FIR No. 214/15 dated 15/08/15  U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Sh. Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Atma Ram R/O  Manjhyali PO  Riyur Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP)   that on 15/08/15  he was   going to  his shop at Manjhyali, in the mean time  Raj Kumar & Sanjay  obstructed his way, beat him up and he sustained  injuries.  HC Manoj Kumar  No. 50  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating  the case.

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND & HUSBAND'S RELATIVES

3        Case FIR No. 211/15 dated 16/08/15  U/S 498 (A) , 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of   Smt.Mahajnu W/O  Late. Sh. Daroga Ram  R/O  Banoula PO  Jambla Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  her   daughter  Gambhari Devi was married  with  Sadhu  Ram  R/O  Khanokhar Tehsil  Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). But sometime  of marriage  her husband  Sadhu Ram,  mother-in-law Sunderi  Devi  &  Father-in-law Badru Ram   started to harass her physically and mentally by demanding dowry.  ASI  Brij  Lal   I/C of  PP Dehar is investigating  the case.  

CASE OF  CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND MISCHIEF

4        Case FIR No. 210/15  dated 15/08/15  U/S 447, 427  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Joginder Pal  S/O Sh. Hem Prabh R/O  Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 14/08/15   Rattan Lal  & Vinod  Sharma  both are the resident of same locality  entered in  his land and damaged   his property .  ASI  Prakash Chand  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

 

5        Case FIR No.85/15 dated 15/08/15  U/S 39 of HP  Excise Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony  Sundernagar  by  ASI  Khalil Ahmad I/C of  PP Nihari that on  15/08/15  he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Jungi and during  the course of patrolling he recovered 9000 ML  Illicit  Liquor  from the possession of  Bhup  Singh  S/O Sh. Brikam Ram  R/O   Jhungi Sub- Tehsil  Nihari Distt. Mandi (HP) . ASI  Khalil Ahmad I/C  of  PP Nihari  is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF KIDNAPPING

 

6        Case FIR No. 98/15  dated 15/08/15  U/S 363 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the  complaint of  Sh. Fakir Chand S/O Sh. Prem Chand R/O  Chowki PO  Tebban Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP)  that his daughter is missing since 11/08/15 and he suspect that someone kidnapped  his  daughter. SI  Sunil Kumar SHO of  P.S. Karsog is investigating  the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, RIOTING AND MISCHIEF

 

 7       Case FIR No.99/15  dated 15/08/15  U/S 341, 143, 186, 427  IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the  complaint  of  Sh. Mela Ram S/O Sh. Jubal Chand R/O Tokkari Kanchi PO  Arsu  Nirmand Distt. Kullu (HP) at present  Incharge  Gas Agency  at Karsog  that on 15/08/15   at  Kotlu seven  peoples obstructed   the   way of  Truck (HP30-3825)  while   distribution party   were  going  for   Tebban to delivery of   Gas Cylinder as  a result  they   not  succeeded  to   distribute the Gas Cylinder. HC   Tej Singh  No. 55 I/O of P.S. Karsog is investigating  the case.

8          65   Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 5600  /- was recovered and 02  Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 4600/-  was recovered during last 24 hours.
