REQUEST/INSTRUCTIONS TO AWARE THE GENERAL PUBLIC

 

  1. In view of increasing trend of cheating by way of proxy calls of  lotteries and  Pakistani agents calling up for ascertaining locations of defense  services & vital installations of  our country,            general masses are requested that no amount to be deposited in any unknown account numbers to avoid any financial destruction/fraud with themselves and also requested to don't disclose the secrete information to such agents/strangers If any temptation/lure to be offered by some unknown callers/persons as well as through SMS, appropriate clarification/suggestion must to be taken from the personnel of  banks/financial institutions before depositing of any amount  in any unknown  account  number.   All heads of banks/financial institutions of this district are also requested  that similar advices should also be put on certain boards on the noticeable places of the building of their respective banks/financial institutions indicating a precaution/alert for not depositing the amount in the unidentified account numbers.     Any police assistance is required in this connection SMS to 9459100100 or  through whatsapp to  our official whatsapp  No. 9816100444 or H.P. Police web portal www.hppolice.nic.in to be used for submitting their complaints online.

     

    CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

  2. Case FIR No. 115/15 dated 22/08/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Amar Singh  S/O Sh. Mayadhar R/O  Kandhi PO  Saroa Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/08/15  a Truck( HP65-0456)   which  was  driven by  Kashmir  Singh  S/O Sh. Hem Raj , came rashly and  fell  down 100 feet downward  from the road  and  three   other person who   boarded  said  Truck   sustained injuries.   HC Deep  Chand  No. 910  I.O. of P.S.  Gohar is investigating  the case.

     

    CASE OF  CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

  3. Case  FIR No. 116/15 dated 22/08/15  U/S 451, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Gohar on the complaint of  Sh. Bhagwan Dass S/O Sarwan R/O  Chattri Tehsil Thunag  Distt.  Mandi (HP)  that on  20/08/15  he was present   in his  home   in the mean time  Suresh Kumar  S/O Sh. Lajja Ram  came alongwith  Banni ,  entered in his  courtyard  and beat him up alongwith his   daughter   and also threatened  them with dire consequences.  HC  Birbal Singh  No. 72  I.O. of PP  Janjehli is investigating  the case.

     

    CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS , HURT AND  INTIMIDATION

    4      Case FIR No. 117/15 dated 22/08/15  U./S 451, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of  Sh.  Chain Ram  S/O Sh. Chamaru Ram  R/O  Gurnal PO  Janjehli  Tehsil  Thunag  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/08/15 Hem Singh  S/O Sh. Tawaru Ram entered in his courtyard and  beat  him up and he sustained  injuries.  ASi Jeet Singh  I/C of PP  Janjehli is investigating  the case.

Case  FIR No. 186/15 dated 21/08/15  U/S 279, 337   IPC has been  registered in P.S.  Sadar  on the complaint of  Sh.   Avtar Singh  S/O Sh.   Lal Singh  R/O  Choa PO  Ropari  Tehsil  Badsar  Distt.  Hamirpur  that on 21/08/15  he was  going to   Pandoh  by his Car (DL-C-8J-5597)  and  when he reached at  9 Mile    , in the  mean time   another  Car( HP33C-0242)  came rashly from  opposite  side  and  hit his car  and he sustained  injuries.  HC  Yashpal  I/O of PP Pandoh is investigating  the case.

 

CASE OF  CRIMINAL TRESPASS , HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

  1. Case FIR No. 210/15  dated  22/08/15   U/S 447, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh.  Gian  Chand  S/O Sh.  Thunia Ram  R/O  Sh.   Bahanu  Tehsil  Baldwara Distt.  Mandi (HP) that on 21/08/15  Tek Chand  S/O   Badri Dutt  R/O  Bahanu   entered in  his courtyard  and   beat him up alongwith his  wife and  they sustained injuries and also threatened with dire consequences. 

 

 

 CASE OF  CRUELTY  BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES

  1.  Case  FIR No. 217/15 dated 22/08/15  U/S 498A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of  Smt.  Shubham Dhiman D/O Sh. Naveen Dhiman R/O  11  Type -2  Polytechnic  Colony  Sundernagar  that  she was married with  Amit Dhiman  and after  some time of  marriage her husband started to harass  her physically and mentally by demanding dowry .  SI  Manmohan Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

  1. Case  FIR No.216/15 dated 22/08/15  U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the  complaint of  Sh. Pradeep Kumar  S/O Sh.  Mani Ram R/O  Sh.  Manglehd  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/08/15  Rajender Singh   obstructed  his way and  beat him up  and he sustained injuries.   HC  Tek Chand  No. 902  I.O. of PP Slapper is investigating the case.  

 

CASE OF GAMBLING ACT

  1.  Case FIR No.217/15 dated 21/08/15  U/S 13 of  Public   Gambling  Act  has been registered in P.S.   Balh  by  ASI  Jagdish chand  that on 21/08/15  he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Bhadyal  and  during the course of   patrolling he  recovered Rs.   14090/-   alongwith playing card   from the possession of  Govind   Ram  S/O Sh. Guge Ram ,  Manoj Kumar S/O Sh.  Rewati Nandan  , Gajender Singh  S/O Sh.  Rafi Singh  &  Manoj Kumar  S/O Sh.  Ramesh  Kumar.  ASI  Jagdish   Chand  I.O. of  P.S. Balh is investigating  the case.  

 

CASE OF HURT

  1. Case FIR No. 106/15  dated 21/08/15  U/S 323, 325, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of  Sh. Paras Ram  S/O Sh. Sanget Ram  R/O  Tifaru PO  Mahog Tehsil Karsog  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/08/15   Chet Ram    came alongwith his wife    and beat him up and he sustained injuries  HC Tej Singh  I.O. of P.S.  Karsog is investigating the case.
      

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

11            Case FIR No. 107/15  dated 21/08/15  U/S  341, 323, 506  IPC has been             registered in P.S. Kasog on the complaint of Sh. Madan  Lal  S/O Sh.  Prem Singh   R/O  Sainj Bagra Tehsil  Karsog   Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  21/08/15  Asha Ram  S/O Sh. Chade Ram  R/O  Khuthamu PO  Sainj Bagra Tehsil Karsog  obstructed his way and beat him up  and he sustained injuries and also threatened with dire consequences.  ASI  Amar Singh  I.O. of  P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

  1. 163 Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.27,600 /- was  recovered  and 6 challans  were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 600/-   was recovered  and 3 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs.1200/-  was  recovered   during last 24 hours.
