  DESTRUCTION OF CONTRABANDS

1          Today   42.149 KG Cannabis, 10 Gram Cocaine,  360  Plants of  Opium,  5  Plants  of  Cannabis , 9 KG Poppy husk   were  destroyed  in  Police Line Mandi through a Committee  constituted  under the chairmanship   of Superintendent of  Police Mandi .

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDTION

2         Case  FIR No. 102/15 dated 20/08/15  U/S 451, 323, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Smt. Bhubneshwari Devi  W/O Sh. Hem  Chand   R/O  Kelti PO  Bhanthal  Tehsil   Karsog  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on  19/08/15  Babita W/O Sh. Mehar Singh  R/O  Gariyala PO  Kao Tehsil  Karsog   Distt. Mandi (HP) entered in her courtyard and  beat her up  and  she sustained injuries and also threatened  her  with dire consequences. ASI  Bhom Prakesh I.O. of  Police Station   Karsog is  investigating  the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

3          Case  FIR No.103/15 dated  20/08/15   U/S  341, 323  IPC  has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of  Sh. Bihari  Lal S/O Sh. Nant  Ram  R/O  Jaie PO  Tebban Tehsil Karsog  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  on 19/08/15  Amin Chand  S/O Sh. Brestu  R/O  Kabidhar PO Tebban Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP)  obstructed his way  and beat him up and he sustained  injuries .HC   Lal Singh  I/O of  P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4       Case FIR No. 86/15 dated 20/08/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony     Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Youdeep  Kumar  S/O Sh. Uma Dutt R/O  Pabrao  PO Jai  Devi  Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/08/15  he alongwith Dharam Singh &  Bhim Singh  were  going by  tractor(HP31B-2376)  towards  Prabrao and when they reached near  Pabrao, in the mean time   Yadwinder lost the control on the said vehicle due to rash driving  and  fell down  from the road  and  2 persons    who were  boarded  said vehicle sustained  injuries.  HC  Sanjeev Kumar No. 879  I.O. of PS BSL Colony  Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5         Case  FIR No. 87/15  dated 20/08/15  U/S  279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Prithi Raj  R/O  Rakad Tehsil  Dharamshala Distt. Kangra (HP) that on  20/08/15  he   parked  his truck (HP23C-2941)  near  Tail- Control NH-21, in the mean time  a Jeep (HP65-4452) which was  driven by  Devinder Kumar, came rashly and  collided with said parked  truck  and  three person  sustained injuries in this   accident .  HC Sanjeev Kumar  No. 879  I.O. of P.S. BSL  Colony  Sundernagar  is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

6         Case FIR No. 208/15  dated 19/08/15  U/S 39   of HP Excise Act  has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat by  SI  Parveen  Kumar I/C  PP Hatli that  he was on patrolling  alonwith other police officials at  Tikkari  and   during the course of patrolling he recovered  5 Bottles of  County  Liquor  from the possession of  Subhash Kumar S/O Sh. Gian Chand  R/O  Tikkari Tehsil  Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP) . SI  Parveen  Kumar I/C of PP Hatli is investigating  the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

   7       Case FIR No.185/15  dated 20/08/15  U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of  Smt. Prakashi  Devi  W/O Sh. Shankar Dass VPO  Randhara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/08/15  Roop  Lal  came  alongwith  Sadha Devi , obstructed her way and beat her up  and  she sustained injuies.  ASI  Chatter  I/O of  P.S. Sadar is investigating  the case.

 CHALLANS

8         180  Challans  were issued  under    MV Act  and fine of Rs.  31, 600  was  recovered  and 9 challans were issued under COTPA and  fine of Rs.  1700 /- was  recovered and   2 challans were issued under Mining Act and  fine of Rs.  4700/-  was   recovered  during last  24 hours.
