CASE OF OFFENCE AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1          Case FIR No. 72/15 dated 12/08/15  U/S 353, 332, 506  IPC has  been registered  in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh.  Halku Ram S/O Sh. Mangat Ram  R/O  Maswahan PO  Urla Tehsil  Padhar  Distt. Mandi (HP) that he  is  daily wage  worker in  HPPWD .   On  12/08/15  he  along with  Malti  Devi  & Shyam Lal were deputed   on govt. duty at  Nagni, in   the mean time   Sainu Ram  came  there  and beat him up and  he sustained injuries  and also threaten with dire consequences.  ASI  Joginder Singh  I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating  the case.  

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2          Case FIR No.114/15 dated 13/08/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Goahr on the complaint of  Sh. Uma Devi  W/O Sh. Sher Singh  R/O  Naktera PO  Lambathach Tehsil  Thunag  Distt. Mandi  (HP) that  on 12/08/15  a  Car(HP32-0161)   which was  driven by Khabe Ram  S/O Sh. Chande Ram  R/O  Bagachanogi Tehsil Thunag  with   rashly and  fell down 150  feet  downwards from the road  and sustained injuries.  She  alongwith  Babli  Kumari  &  Khub  Ram  were boarded on said  car   sustained  injuries.  HC  Sarwan Kumar  No. 917  I.O. of PP Janjehli is investigating  the case.

CASE   OF EXCISE ACT

3          Case FIR No. 211/15 dated 12/08/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh  by  SI  Kuldeep Chand   I.O. of P.S. Balh    that on 12/08/15   he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials  at Gagal and during the  course of patrolling he  recovered  5  Littre Illicit  liquor  from the possession of  Tej Singh  S/O Sh.  Balak  Ram  R/O  Chatrour PO  Gagal Tehsil  Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP).  SI  Kuldeep  Chand  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating  the case.

 

CASE OF   EXCISE ACT

 

 4         Case FIR No. 212/15 dated 12/08/15  U/S  39 of  HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh  by  SI  Kuldeep Chand   I.O. of P.S. Balh  that he was on  traffic  checking  duty  alongwith other police officials at  Kandi and  during the  course of checking of   a  Car(HP33E-(T)- 9539)  he recovered   120 Bottles of  Country  Liquor  from the possession of  Dharam Singh  S/O  Late. Sh. Krishan Chand  R/O  Dolgi PO  Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) .  SI  Kuldeep  Chand  I.O. of P.S.  Balh is investigating  the case.

  CASE OF MURDER

5          Case FIR   No. 203/15  dated 13/08/15  U/S 302  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat  on the complaint of Sh. Babu Ram S/O Sh. Ghungar Ram  R/O  Chandesh PO  Gahar Tehsil  Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 12/08/15   when  he was   present  in his  home , in the mean time  Mohan   Lal  resident of the same locality   came rashly and  told  him  that  some one killed his brother namely  Lucky  Singh   and  when   he reached  alongwith Pradhan on the spot , they  found  that  Lucky  was lying  dead.  SI Satish  Kumar  SHO of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 CASE   OF EXCISE ACT

6          Case FIR No. 202/15 dated  12/08/15  U/S 39 of  HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the  by  SI  Rajesh  Kumar I/O of P.S.  Sarkaghat that he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials  and during the course of patrolling he recovered  3750  ML   Country Liquor   from the possession  of  Jagpal S/O Sh. Chint  Ram R/O  Haryali  Tanda PO  Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP).  SI   Rajesh   Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating  the case.

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

7          Case FIR No. 206/15 dated 12/08/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  by  SI  Manmohan Singh   I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that on 12/08/15  he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Bhour and  during the course of patrolling he recovered  and during the course of patrolling he recovered  5000  Illicit Liquor from the possession of  Om Parkash S/O Sh. Brij  Lal  R/O  Bhajbanu Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) .  SI  Manmohan  Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

Khem Chand R/O Vill Siram P/O Kamand Tehsil Padhar Distt, Mandi (HP)  7. Reeta Devi  W/O Sh Raj Kumar R/O Vill Barnala P/O Kamand Tehsil Padhar Distt Mandi (HP) 8.  Mahinder Singh  S/O Sh. Het Ram  R/O  Dhiyun PO  Bir  Tungal  Tehsil  Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP)  has been arrested in case FIR No.56/15 dated 20-6-15 U/S. 302,323,147,148,451,436,427 IPC PS Padhar and under   lock-up at P.S. Sadar  Mandi.  

CHALLANS

9.      219  Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 20,800/- was recovered and 7 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 700/- was recovered and  01 Challan was issued under Mining Act and  fine of Rs. 7000  was  recovered  during last 24 hours.
