CASE OF   ROAD ACCIDENT

 

1          Case FIR No.96/15 dated 28/08/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Aut on the complaint of Sh. Hira Chand  Nalwa  S/O Sh. Shobha Ram  R/O Keylong Distt.  L& H  at present  Naib  Teghsildar Aut  Distt.  Mandi (HP) that on  28/08/15  he was   going to morning walk  towards Banala, in the mean time a Jeep( UK-07Z-4050) came rashly  from Aut side  and  hit  the Bus (HP49-0825)  which was coming from the opposite side  and  all the person  who were boarded  on said Jeep  sustained  injuries.   ASI  Subhash  Chand  I.O. of  P.S. Aut  is investigating  the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

 

2          Case   FIR  No. 77/15 dated 27/08/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar  by  ASI Baldev Singh  I.O. of P.S. Padhar that he was  on patrolling   alongwith  other police   officials  at Mathanual  and  during the  course  of patrolling  he recovered  6 Bottles of  Country Liquor  from  the possession  of  Parma S/O Sh. Balu Ram R/O  Mathanual PO  Tandu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) .  ASI Baldev Singh  I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

3         Case FIR No.188/15 dated 28/08/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Sadhu Singh S/O Sh. Sharvan Singh  R/O  Asmanpur PO  Nurpur Bedi Tehsil  Anandpur  Sahib (PB) that on 27/08/15  he was  going to  Chandigarh by his   Vehicle(  PB23H-4805)  , in the mean time another  Vehcile(HP32A-1063)  came rashly from  Nerchowk side  and hit his  said  Jeep  and  he alongwith Om Parkash &  Dola Ram  sustained injuries in this mishap .  SI Ram Lal  I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating  the case.  

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

 

4          Case FIR No.219/15  dated 28/0815 U/S 447 , 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on  the complaint of  Sh. Malika Devi  W/O Sh. Roshan   Lal  R/O  Sulpur PO Bhambhla Tehsil Baldwara  Distt. Mandi  (HP)  that    Suresh Kumar resident of same locality  came alongwith  Ratni  Devi &  Satpal  entered in  her land  and  beat her up and she sustained injuries .  SI  Parveen Kumar  I/C of  PP Hatli is investigating  the case.

 

 

 CASE OF  CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT, RIOTING  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

5          Case FIR No. 220/15 dated 28/08/15  U/S  447 , 323, 324, 147, 148 , 149, 504 , 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Satpal Kumar S/O Late. Sh.  Jinu Ram  R/O  Bahi Sulpur PO  Bhambhla Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  Chaman Lal  Malika Devi , Roshan  Lal , Tej Singh , Raj Kumar  entered in  his courtyard  and  beat  him up  and he sustained  injuries   and also threatened  him with dire consequences.   SI  Praveen Kumar  I/C of PP  Hatli is investigating  the case

 

 

CASE OF CRIM INAL TRESPASS, HURT  AND CRIMINAL  INTIMDATION

 

6         Case FIR No. 221/15 dated 28/08/15  U/S 451, 341, 504, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Ratni Devi   W/O Sh. Rikhi Ram  R/O  Bhatoh PO  Maseran  Distt. Mandi (HP) that   Darshan Singh  came  alonwith  his mother Heema Devi , entered in her courtyard and beat her  up and she  sustained  injuries and also threatened her with  dire consequences.  HC  Ravi  Kant No. 02  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating  the case.

 CHALLAN

 

7         232  Challans  were issued under    MV Act and  fine of Rs.33,600/-  was recovered   and 3 Challans  were issued under  COTPA and fine of Rs. 300 /- was recovered   during  last 24 hours.
