1 Case FIR No.116/15 dated 06/08/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Sandeep Kumar I/C of PP Lad- Bharol that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Kothi and during the course of patrolling he recovered 12 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Jagdish Chand S/O Sh. Jai Ram R/O Kothi PO Khadihar Tehsil Lad-Bharol Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Sandeep Kumar I/C of PP Lad- Bharol is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
2 Case FIR No.208/15 dated 07/08/15 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Maheshwar Singh S/O Sh. Longu Ram R/O Kummi Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/08/15 Shiv Lal , Gagan and Devo Devi obstructed his way and beat him up alongwith his son and also threatened him with dire consequence. HC Manoj Kumar No. 50 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3 Case FIR No. 112/15 dated 06/08/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Bar Chand S/O Sh. Karam Chand R/O Bharar PO Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/08/15 a Mahindra Jeep (HP32-A-2937) which was driven by Durga Dass resident of same locality, came rashly and fell down 50 feet downward from the road and sustained injuries. HC Krishan Pal No. 13 of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.
CASE OF RIOTING, HURT, MISCHIEF , CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
4 Case FIR No.90/15 dated 07/08/15 U/S 147, 323, 427, 451, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complant of Sh. Swaran Singh S/O Sh. Milkhi Ram R/O Bassi PO Lagru Tehsil Khundia Distt. Kangra (HP) at present working as a sales man wine shop at Jehra that on 05/08/15 he was present at shop, in the mean time five person came under the influence of alcohol , entered in his shop and beat him up and also broke the 14 bottles of wine and during manhandling he also lost Rs 20,000 /- from cash box . SI Gopal Singh I/C of PP Bali chowki is investigating the case.
CASE OF NDPS ACT
5 Case FIR No.195/15 dated 06/08/15 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by SI Parveen Kumar I/C of PP Hatli that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials af Samila Bazzar and during the course of patrolling he recovered 19 Gram Charas (Cannabis) from the possession of Jai Chand S/O Sh. Titu Ram R/O Badi PO Smaila Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP) . SI Parveen Kumar I/C of PP Hatli is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
6 Case FIR No. 196/15 dated 06/08/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC & U/S 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Gorkh Ram S/O Sh. Bhajnu Ram R/O Panyali PO Kalkhar Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP) that he was going to Kalkhar, in the mean time a Motor Cycle Rider came rashly and hit to him and he sustained injuries. HC Chaman Lal No.28 I.O. of PP Halti is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
7 Case FIR No.81/15 dated 07/08/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC & U/S 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Siwani W/O Sh. Jitendar Kumar R/O Quarter No.S/237/6 BBMB Colony Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/08/15 she was coming back from Model School and reached near Cable Complaint cell, in the mean time a Car (HP22-5943) came rashly and hit to her and she sustained injuries. HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 879 I.O. of P.S BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
8 Case FIR No. 49/15 dated 7/08/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Dharampur on the complaint of Sh. Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Milkhi Ram R/O R/O Dharnasi PO Sadhot Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 7/08/15 he was going to his home by his Car(HP33T-9458) which was driven by Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Beli Ram and when reached near Riur in the mean time driver of said car lost the control upon the car due to rash driving and fell downward from the road and they sustained injuries. ASI Vinod Kumar I/O of P.S. Dharampur is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
9 125 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 20,900 /- was recovered and 12 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
