  CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

1        Case  FIR No.170/15 dated 08/08/15  U/S 283  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar by  HC  Jagdish Chand  No. 36  I.O. of PP Pandoh   that on 08/08/15  he was on traffic checking  duty at  Pandoh Bazzar  during  the  course of traffic checking  he found that  a Rehri  was laid on the road  by  Tulsi Ram S/O Sh.. Khema Ram  R/O  Batoli PO Nandi Tehsil Chachiot  Distt. Mandi (HP) which was  causing   obstruction  to  general public as well as  traffic.  HC   Jagdish Chand  No. 36  I/O of PP Pandoh is investigating the case.

       CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL  INTIMIDATION

2        Case FIR No. 203/15  dated 09/08/15  U/s 341, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the  complaint of Smt. Nikni Devi W/O Sh. Jai Ram R/O  Bhadrolu PO  Maloh Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 09/08/15  Shalu Devi  W/O Sh. Girdhari Lal  resident of the same locality  obstructed her way and beat her up and  also threatened her with dire consequence.  SI  Kalyan Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.  

     CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

3        Case FIR No.118/15 dated 08/09/16  U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ramesh Chand  S/O Sh. Nanak Chand  R/O  Bheru Stain PO Ahju   Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that driver of Vehicle(HP29A-4138) obstructed  his  way  and  beat  him up and  he  sustained injuries. HC Desh Raj No. 41 I.O. of PP  Ghatta is investigating  the case.  

     CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

4        Case FIR No. 197/15 dated 09/08/15 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Smt.  Savitri Devi  W/O  Sh. Raj Kumar  R/O  Tela  PO Cholthra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/08/15   Parkash Chand resident of the same locality , obstructed her way and  beat him up   and she sustained injuries.  HC Inder Singh  No. 07  I.O. of  P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating  the case.

5        156 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 24,400/- was recovered and 3 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 300/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
