CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESSPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1   Case FIR No. 74/15 dated 19/08/2015 U/S 451, 323, 504, 34IPC has been registered at PS Padhar on  the complaint of Sh. Sanu S/O Sh. Biri Singh R/O VPO Jhatingri Tehsil and PS Padhar Distt. Mandi HP that on 18/08/2015 at about 8:30PM when he was present at his shop at that time Rakesh Kumar and Hari Singh came into his shop abused and beat him up. In this  incident Sanu sustained injuries. HC Roop Lal I/O PS Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

2              Case FIR N0 183/15 dated 18/8/15 U/S 325,323,34 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Hem Raj S/O Neter Singh R/O Village Janhad P/O Marathu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi HP that on 11/08/15 at about 8:30 PM Prem Chand and his wife Nirmla Devi beat him up. HC Kamal Singh  I/O PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

3.    Case FIR No.207/15 dated 18/8/15 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered  at PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Amit Kumar S/O Sh. Manohar Chand R/O Jamsai PO  &  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi   that on 18/8/15  at 9:00 PM Vinod Kumar obstructed  his way, abused and beat him up. HC Vijay Kumar  I/O PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

4.    Case FIR No 312/15 dated 18/8/15 U/S 341,323,427,34 IPC has been registered at PS Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ramjan Mohammad S/O Sh. Farjand Ali R/O Dugrain Tehsil SunderNagar Distt Mandi HP that on  15/8/15 Mohsin, Mohammad Husain, Yakub and Skilu  threw stone on his house and broke the slate. They also obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Pawan Kumar  I/O PS SunderNagar is investigating the case.

5.    Case FIR No. 101/15 dated 19/08/15  U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered at PS Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Krishan kumar S/O Sh. Mangat Ram Vill Patti PO Kao Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi that on 18/08/15 Rinku came along with two other persons, obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Tej Singh I/O PS Karsog is investigating the case.

6.    Case FIR No 50/15 dated 19/8/15 U/S 341,323,427,34 IPC has been registered at PS Dharampur on the complaint of Sh. Roop Lal S/O Sh. Achhar Singh R/O VPO Mahri Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi HP that on 19/08/15 at about 07:30 AM he was outside of his shop at that time Pawan Kumar, Bhuri Singh, Deep Kumar and his wife Shakshi R/O Mahri came and abused him and beat him up. They also broke the door of  his shop. HC Sarwan Kumar is investigating the case.

7.    Case FIR No 51/15 dated 19/8/15 U/S 341,323,504, 506 IPC has been registered at PS Dharampur on the complaint of Sh. Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Amar Chand R/O VPO. Mahri Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt.Mandi that on 19/08/15 at about 07:00AM Roop Lal S/O Sh. Achhar Singh R/O VPO Mahri Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi obstructed his way, abused and beat him up. HC Sarwan Kumar is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

8.   179 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 28900/- was recovered and 06 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 700/- was recovered and 03 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 7800/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
