CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
1 Case FIR No. 194/15 dated 03/08/15 U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC has been registered at PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Rahul Palsara S/O Sh. Bhagi Rath R/O VPO Dev Brarta, Tehsil Sarkaghat, Distt. Mandi HP that on 03/08/15 at 3:15 PM he was going to his home at that time Sunil Kumar, Aashish kumar, Reepu , Kartik Kumar, Sheetal Kumar obstructed his way, abused and beat him up. ASI Trilok Chand I/O PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
2 Case FIR No. 46/15 dated 3/08/15 U/S 452, 323 , 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Dharampur on the complaint of Sh. Sohan Singh S/O Sh. Khajan Ram R/O Riyur PO Dharmapur Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 2/08/15 at about 10 PM when he was present at home , in the mean time Sarwan Kumar S/O Sh. Thakur Dass resident of same locality entered in his home and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Prem Singh I.O. of P.S.Dharampur is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
3 199 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 34,800 -/- was recovered and 10 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1000 was recovered during last 24 hours.
