CASE OF NDPS ACT

1        Case FIR No. 83/15  dated 09/08/15  U/S 20 of  NDPS Act has been  registered in   P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar  by  SI  Bhim  Sain  SHO of P.S. BSL Colony  Sundernagar that on 09/08/15  he  laid a nakka  alongwith other police officials   at Tail Control NH-21 and  during the course of    nakkabandi  he recovered  135 Gram  Charas ( Cannabis) from  the  possession  of  Abhishek Bedi S/O Sh. Balvinder Kumar  R/O  House No.1174 Sector 22B Chandigarh . Accused has been   arrested  and further  investigating   is  being carried out  by  SI  Bhim  Sain  SHO  of P.S. BSL colony  Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP)

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT 

2        Case  FIR No. 71/15  dated 09/08/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC  & U/S 187, 185  MV Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of  Sh. Thakur Singh  S/O Sh. Mast Ram  R/O  Mohaddar   PO  Kunnu  Tehsil  Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  09/08/15  he was present  near Patrol Pump  Narla,  in the mean time  a Scooter (HP33A-1104)   which was  ridden by  Rattan Chand S/O Sh.   Jansi Ram  R/O  Mohaddar PO  Kunnu Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP)  came rashly  and hit  to him and he sustained injuries.  ASI  Baldev Singh  I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating  the case.

CASE OF   OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

3        Case FIR No. 119/15  dated 09/08/15  U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Avinash S/O Sh. Dharam Singh  R/O   Namidhar PO  Chountra  Tehsil  Jogindernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  Pappu S/O Sh. Rikhi  Ram  & Sanjay Kumar  obstructed   his way and beat him up  and he sustained  injuries.  ASI  Tarsem Singh  I/C  of PP Ghatta is investigating the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

4        Case FIR No.171/15 dated 10/08/15  U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in  P.S. Sadar  by  ASI  Ram Lal  I/C of PP City  that  today   he laid a nakka  alongwith other police officials  at  Purani  Mandi and  during the course of  checking of   HRTC  Bus( HP38C-3397)   he recovered 1K.G. Charas( Cannabis) from the possession  of  Mohinder  Kumar  S/O Smt. Kalai Devi   R/O  Thalot  Distt. Mandi  (HP) . ASI Ram Lal  I/C of PP City is investigating  the case.

 CASE OF NDPS ACT

5        Case FIR No. 172/15 dated 10/08/15  U/S 20  of NDPS Act has been registered in  P.S.  Sadar by  ASI  Hem Raj   I/O of P.S. Sadar  that   today he  laid  a nakka  alongwith other police officials at  Sauli Khad  and during the course of nakkabandi he  recovered  360 Gram  Charas (Cannabis) from the  possession of Govind  Thakur  S/O Sh. Kundan Singh  R/O  Silhai Distt.  Sirmaur (HP)  &  Arun Kumar  S/O Sh. Sada Ram  R/O  Langat PO  Barmana Distt. Bilaspur (HP) . ASI  Hem Raj  I/O of  P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating  the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

6         Case FIR No. 199/15 dated 10/08/15  U/S 341, 323, 504, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Smt.  Vimla Devi  W/O  Late. Sh. Khyali Ram  R/O  Manyoh PO  Tihra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 08/08/15  Prahlad  S/O Sh. Sankar Dass R/O  Manyoh  obstructed  his way and  beat him up and also  threatened her   with dire consequences. HC  Vijay  Kumar  No. 866  I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.  

CHALLANS

7        150 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 25,700 /- was recovered and 09 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 900 was recovered during last 24 hours.
