CASE OF OFFENCE AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT , HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
1 Case FIR No.113/15 dated 08/08/15 U/S 353, 332, 341, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Kaushlender Kumar S/O Sh. Ganga Ram R/O Jagohi PO Devdhar Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) at present working in the HHG at P.S. Gohar that on 07/08/15 he was present on duty at Sabji Mandi Chail-Chowk in the mean time Sanju Verma came under the influence of alcohol and obstructed him to discharge his duty smoothly and beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequence. SI Lal Singh SHO of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2 Case FIR No. 209/15 dated 08/08/15 U./S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Padamnabh S/O Sh. Ghanshyam Dass R/O Kothi Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi that on 07/08/15 at about 10 :45 PM he heard a loud noise of falling a vehicle and he ran towards the spot and found that a Jeep(HP32A-2580) was falling downward from the road which was driven by Hem Raj S/O Sh. Roop Chand R/O Khayogi PO Saroa Tehsil Chchiot Distt. Mandi (HP) and another person Tilak Raj S/O Sh. Bhagat Singh R/O Khayogi PO Saroa Tehsil Chchiot Distt. Mandi (HP) was also boarded on said Jeep and both have sustained injuries. ASI Rajesh Kumar I/C of PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
3 154 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 23,500/- was recovered and 18 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1800/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
