CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1          Case FIR No. 118/15 dated 22/08/15 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Gohar  on the complaint of  Smt.  Mathura Devi  W/O  Sangat Ram  R/O  Surahu  PO  Chyuni  Tehsil Thunag  Distt.   Mandi  (HP)  that on 22/08/15  Reenu  Devi  W/O Sh. DeshRaj  resident of the same locality  obstructed her way  and  beat her up  and  also  threatened  her with dire consequences.  ASI  Jeet Singh  I/C of PP  Janjehli is investigating the case.

 CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT , MISCHIEF AND INTIMIDATION

2          Case FIR No.119/15 dated 22/08/15  U/S 341, 323, 504, 427, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Reena Devi W/O Sh. Desh Raj  R/O  Surahu PO  Chyuni Tehsil Thunag  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 22/08/15  Mathura  Devi  &  Padam Raj both are  the resident of same locality,   obstructed her way and beat her up and  they  also broke  the door of her home .  ASI Jeet Singh  I/C of PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3          Case FIR No. 212/15 dated 23/08/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Harash  Joshi  S/O Sh. Rajinder Joshi  R/O  Bhambla Tehsil  Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 22/08/15   he  was  present in his  shop in the mean time  a  Vehicle(HP28-1547) which was  driven  by  Piar Chand  S/O  Late. Sh. Bahadur Singh  R/O  Harlot PO  Basantpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  came  rashly and met with an accident  due to rash driving .  HC Chaman Lal  I/O of PP Hatli is investigating the case.

4         Case FIR No.75/15 dated 22/08/15  U/S 342 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Smt.  Maltu Devi  W/O Sh. Hira Singh  R/O  Hullu PO  Drang Tehsil  Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/08/15   Churamani   wrongful confinement  by locking the Anju Devi inside the  room .  ASI   Baldev  Singh   I.O. of  P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF KIDNAPPING

5          Case FIR No. 88/15 dated 23/08/15  U/S 366 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sevak Ram  S/O Sh. Madhav Ram  R/O   Nalu PO  Jai Devi  Tehsil Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  his wife is missing since  06/08/15  and he suspect that  Rashid Habib   S/O Sh.  Habibula R/O  Alusha PO  Trehgaun Distt.  Kupwara (J&K)  kidnapped  his wife  with the   intention  to marry  with her .  ASI  Ram Lal   I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar  is investigating the case.

CASE OF  HURT

 

6          Case FIR No. 218/15 dated 23/08/15  U/S 324 , 504, 34  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Shashi Kant S/O Sh. Tulsi Ra, R/O  VPO  Ropri  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  at present  working  in the  Sartaj Bhojnalya Bhour  Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/08/15  owner of Sartaj   Bhojnalya  came  along with  Sonu and beat him up and he sustained injuries.  SI  Kalyan Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

 

CHALLAN

  7        171 Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 22,600/- was  recovered  and 3 challans  were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 300/-   was recovered and 1 Challan  was recovered  under Mining  Act  and  fine of Rs.4500/-  was recovered   during last 24 hours.
