CASE OF HURT

1          Case FIR No. 127/15 dated 25/08/15  U/S  325, 323  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Mansa Devi  W/O Sh. Ashwani  Kumar  R/O  Drubbal Tehsil  - Jogindernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP) that opn 24/08/15  Jiva Nand   S/O Sh. Chhagu  resident of same locality  obstructed her way and  beat her up  and she sustained injuries.  HC  Thakur  Singh  No. 31  PP  Bassi is investigating the case.  

CASE OF GAMBLING ACT

2          Case FIR No.128/15 dated 25/08/15  U/S  13 of  Gambling Act has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar    by ASI   Tarsem  Singh  I/C of PP  Ghatta  that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Chuontra   and during the course of patrolling  he recovered  Rs. 1000/-  alongwith playing card  from the possession of  Vijay  Kumar S/O Sh. Narender Pal ,  Rajinder  Singh S/O Sh. Roop Singh ,  Pappu  Kumar S/O Sh. Rikhi Ram , Pankaj Kumar S/O Sh.  Jaswant Singh , Rakesh  Kumar  S/O Sh. Prakam Singh, Arjun Singh  S/O Sh. Kazana Ram, Suresh  Kumar S/O Sh. Saran  Dass, DeshRaj S/O Sh. Bidhi Singh , Ramesh Kumar  S/O Sh.  Hari Singh  & Pyar Singh  S/O sh. Durga Dass . ASI  Tarsem  Singh  I/C of PP Ghatta is investigating  the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3          Case FIR  No. 129/15 dated 25/08/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar  by ASI  Ranjeet Singh   I/O of  P.S.  Jogindernagar  that  he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials  at  Makriri and during the course of patrolling he recovered  12 Bottles of  Country  Liquor  from the  possession of  Gauri Shankar S/O Sh. Dharam Singh  R/O  Makriri PO Balh  Jolli  Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI  Ranjeet Singh  I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating  the case.

CASE OF CHEATING AND  THEFT

4          Case FIR No. 89/15 dated 25/08/15  U/S 420 , 384 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar  on the complaint of Sh. Buldrin S/O Sh.  Hari Singh  R/O  Hatgarh PO  Rajwari  Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) at present  Quarter No.S/2-896 BBMB Colony  Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that    Kapoor  Chand   R/O  Bhiura  made  cheating  with him  during the sale and purchase of   Vehicles and  also snatched  said vehicle  from his  possession.   ASI  Shiv  Kumar  I.O. of  P.S.  BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.  

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

5         Case FIR No. 109/15 dated 25/08/15  U/S  341, 323 IPC has been registered in   P.S.  Karsog  on the  complaint  Sh.  Som  Krishan S/O Sh.  Paras Ram  R/O  Tarej  PO  Pokhi  Tehsil  Karsog   Distt.  Mandi (HP) that   Lalit Kumar  resident of the same   locality obstructed  his way and beat him up  and he sustained injuries.  ASI  Amar  Singh  I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating  the case.

CASE OF HURT

6          Case FIR No. 216/15 dated 25/08/15  U/S 324 , 504, 34  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on  the complaint of  Sh. Kanshi Ram S/O Sh. Fandhi Ram  R/O  Chandanpur PO  Khouda Tehsil  Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 25/08/15  Krishan  Chand   came alongwith his  wife   Janki Devi   and beat him up and he sustained injuries.  HC Inder Singh  No. 07  I.O. of P.S.  Sarkaghat  is investigating  the case.

CHALLAN

7       246  challans were issued under  MV Act and fine of Rs. 23,500/- was recovered  and 9 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1000/- was recovered  and  5 challan   were issued under Mining  Act  and  fine of Rs. 4500/-  was recovered during last 24 hours.
