CASE OF   ROAD ACCIDENT

 

1        Case FIR No.91/15 dated 10/08/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of  Sh. Sunil Kumar S/O Sh. Madan Lal   R/O  Hurla  Distt. Kullu (HP) that on 10/08/15  he  alongwith  Mohar Singh  were coming  towards  Mandi by  Truck (HP34A-1885) which was driven  by  Mohar Singh  when  they reached neat  Aut Tunnel , in the mean  time  a HRTC  Bus(HP38C-5746)   came from  Mandi  side   rashly  and hit  his said truck  and   driver of said truck sustained injuries.  ASI  Mehar  Singh  I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating  the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL  TRESPASS , HURT AND  INTIMIDATION

2        Case FIR No.210/15 dated 11/08/15  U/S 451, 323, 504  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh  on the complaint of  Smt. Hima Devi   W/O Sh. Ganga Ram  R/O  Pipli  ( Kathywari)  PO  Bhadyal Tehsil  Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 11/08/15  she   was  present  in his courtyard , in the mean time   Sh. Chaman Lal  entered in her courtyard  alongwith his wife and  and  beat her up alongwith  her  son  and  they  both sustained injuries.  HC  Rajmal No.875 I.O. of P.S.  Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF   OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

3        Case FIR No. 120/15 dated 10/08/15  U/S 341, 323, 504  IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sumit   Awasthi  S/O Sh.  Subhash Awasthi  R/O  Sukabag PO  Chuntra Tehsil  Jogindernagar Distt. (HP) that opn 10./08/15  Rajesh Kumar  S/O Sh. Ravan  Ram  R/O  Sukabag  obstructed  his way and  beat him up and he sustained injuries.  HC  Rajesh Kumar   No. 907  I.O. of PP Ghatta is investigating  the case.

CASE OF  OFFENCE AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT , HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4        Case FIR No.205/15 dated 11/08/15  U/S 353, 332, 504  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  by HC  Tek Chand  No. 3  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar   that today  he  laid a nakka alongwith other police officials at  Pungh and during the course of   checking of vehicle (  HP31-7306)  the driver of  said vehicle namely  Rattan  Lal  Mehta S/O Sh. Minku Ram R/O  Alsu PO  Dehar  Tehsil Sunderngar  started to  manhanding  with  him  and  he sustained injuries .  Insp  Sanjeev  Kumar  SHO of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

 5       Case FIR No. 204/15 dated 10/08/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  by  ASI  Brij Lal  I/C of PP Dehar that on 10/08/15  he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Jarol and during the course of patrolling he   recovered  750  ML  English Wine  & 3000  ML Illicit  Liquor  from the possession of  Hem  Raj  S/O Sh. Gajanan Ram  R/O  Samlahad Tehsil  Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP) . ASI  Brij Lal   I/C of PP  Dehar is investigating  the case.

CHALLAN

6        141 Challans were issued under  M.V. Act  and fine of Rs.25,200  -/-  was recovered  and 3  Challans were issued under  COTPA  and  fine of Rs. 300/- was recovered and  2 Challans were  issued  under  Mining Act and fine  of Rs. 14,500-/-  was  recovered  during  last 24 hours.
