CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1.   Case FIR No. 124/15 dated 17/08/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Jogindernagar by ASI Sandeep Kumar I/C PP Lad Bhadol that on dated 17/08/15 he was on patrolling along with other Police Officials at Panjalag and during the process of patrolling he recovered  06 Bottles of  Illicit liquor from the possession of Chaman Lal S/O Sh. Ranu Ram R/O Vill. Panjalag Tehsil Lad Bhadol Distt. Mandi HP. ASI Sandeep Kumar I/C PP Lad Bhadol is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2.      Case FIR N0 179/15 dated 17/8/15 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar on the complaint of  Sh. Rajkumr S/O Lt. Bhuri Singh  Vill. Sugrahan PO Allathu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi HP  stated that on 17/08/15 at 9:45 AM  Meena Devi and her son  obstructed  his way and  beat him up. He sustained  injuries.  HC Kamal singh I/O PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3.         Case FIR N0 180/15 dated 17/8/15 U/S 279 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar on  the complaint of Sh. Prakash Chand S/O Anant Ram Vill. Khali PO Bhakalag Tehsil Arki Distt. Solan HP stated that he is a driver  of vehicle No. HP07A-0009, which is issued from Secretariat to Ex-CM Sh. Prem Kumar Dhumal.  On  17/08/15  at about 4:30PM  he was going to Manali along with Ex- Chief Minister Sh. P.K. Dhumal and when they reached at near 9 miles then a  truck No. HP34A-1195 came very rashly and negligently and hit the car. No one sustained injury in this accident. SI Vishal Rathore I/C PP Pandoh is investigating the case.  

 CASE  OF  OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT

4.      Case FIR N0 181/15 dated 17/8/15 U/S 186,506 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar on the Complaint of Sh. Anurag Sharma Labor Officer Mandi that on  11/8/2015 at about 11:00AM  Sh. R.P. Kapoor, Prop. of  M/S Mandav Air Industries, Plot no.12  Industrial area Soulikhad Mandi came to his office and obstructed him to perform  his duty and also  threatened him with dire consequences.

CHALLANS

5         198 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 30200/- was recovered and 13 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1300/- was recovered and 01 Challan was issued under Mining Act during last 24 Hours.
