CASE OF ATROCITIES ACT

1          Case  FIR No. 94/15  dated 20/08/15  U/S  3 of  SC  & ST Act has been registered in P.S.  Aut  on the  complaint of  Uma  Devi  D/O Sh. Ret Ram  R/O  Dabnu PO Thachi Sub- Tehsil Balichowki  Distt. Mandi (HP) that she is a student of  (10+1). On 19/08/15 when she was participating    in the  tournament   which  was  organized   in her  school , in the mean  time   jury of Judges  (containing  three  judge)  comments  upon  her &   her parents   by  calling  castism   basis.  Insp. Lokender  Singh  Negi SHO  of  P.S. Aut is investigating the  case

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

2          Case FIR No. 209/15  dated 21/08/15  U/S 341, 323, 506  IPC has been  registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh.  Omkar Singh  S/O Sh.  Amar Singh  R/O Dharoh PO  Darpa Tehsil  Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/08/15  Shakti Chand  resident of same locality  obstructed his  way  and  beat   him alongwith his  wife.  ASI  Trilok  Chand  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.  

 

CASE OF  NDPS ACT

3          Case FIR No. 214/15 dated 20/08/15 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar  by HC Tek  Chand  No. 03  I.O. of  P.S. Sunderangar  that on 20/08/15  he  was on patrolling alongwith other police officials   and during the course of checking of    Car (  HP23B-2228)    he recovered   70 Gram of  Charas ( Cannabis) from the possession of  Driver  Ashwani  Sharma S/O Sh.  Ramesh  Chand R/O  Kandrour Tehsil Sadar  Distt.  Mandi (HP) . HC Tek Chand  No.03  I.O. of  P.S. Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

4          Case  FIR No. 215/15 dated  21/08/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Sundernagar on the             complaint of  Sh.  Hans Raj S/O Sh. Dagu  Ram  R/O  Mandir Tanda PO  Dhaban Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/08/15  a Motor Cycle (HP34B-2648)  which was ridden by  Pankaj  Kumar  came rashly and  met with an accident and   said rider sustained  injuries.  SI  Madan  Lal  Addl. SHO of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

CASE OF  EXCISE ACT

5          Case FIR No.104/15 dated 20/08/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog by  ASI  Jhabe Ram  I.O.  of  P.S. Karsog that on 20/08/15   he was on  patrolling alongwith  other police officials at  Malog and during the course of patrolling he recovered  9 Bottles of  Country Liquor  from the possession of  Som  Krishan S/O Sh. Lichhu Ram  R/O Malog PO  Sarhan Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI  Jhabe Ram  I.O. of P.S. Karsog is  investigating  the case.

CASE OF  EXCISE ACT

6          Case  FIR No.105/15  dated  20/08/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog  by ASI  Jhabe Ram   I/O of  P.S. Karsog that he was on  patrolling alongwith other police officials  at  Teban and  during the course of patrolling he recovered 19 Bottles of  Country  Liquor from the possession of  Balal Ram S/O Sh. Ramu Ram R/O Teban PO  Sarhan Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI  Jhabe Ram  I.O.  of  P.S.   Karsog is investigating  the case.

 

CHALLAN

  7        133 Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.19,900 /- was  recovered  and 6 challans  were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 700/-   was recovered  during last 24 hours.
