MONTHLY JOINT CONSULTANCY-CUM-CRIME MEETING
1. Today monthly Joint Consultancy-cum-crime meeting of District Police Mandi held at P.L. Mandi under the chairmanship of Sh. Prem Kumar Thakur, IPS, Superintendent of Police, Mandi (HP). All SOs, SHOs, IC PPs and police personnel were directed to discharge their duties with dedication and devotion. All efforts will be made for the welfare of police personnel.
All SHOs and IC PPs were directed to visit the scene of occurrence immediately. Zero tolerance towards crime against women. Complaints should be dealt professionally and they should also be disposed off immediately and complainants are to be handled politely.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
2. Case FIR No.111/15 dated 04/08/15 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Gomati Devi W/O Sh. Naresh Kumar R/O Pathan PO Kot Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/08/15 Reena came alongwith Lata , obstructed her way and beat her up and she sustained injuries. HC Krishan Pal No.13 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.
CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT
3. Case FIR No. 80/15 dated 04/08/15 U/S 336 , 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Het Ram S/O Sh. Padmu R/O Fiunkal PO Jai Devi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/08/15 he along with Devinder Kumar who is driver of JCB Machine were working at Silhanu near Jai Devi , in the mean time said driver of JCB put the bucket of JCB on his hand and he sustained injuries . ASI Shiv Kumar I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
4. Case FIR No. 206/15 dated 04/08/15 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Anjna Devi W/O Sh. Rajender Sharma R/O Panyaji PO Khakhryan Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/08/15 she was going towards her cowshed , in the mean time Dharmi Devi W/O Roop Lal obstructed her way and beat her up and she sustained injuries. ASI Rajesh Kumar I/C of PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.

5. 177 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 30,500/- was recovered and 07 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1000 was recovered during last 24 hours.
