 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1        Case FIR No.73/15 dated 14/08/15  U/S  279, 337  IPC  has  been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Smt.  Roopi  W/O Sh.  Sidhu  Ram  R/O  Katiyur PO  Kunnu Tehsil  Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 13/08/15  she  alongwith  her relatives  were coming  to  home by Vehicle (HP01M-1654) which was  driven by  Sandeep Kumar and  when they reached at  Dayana Park , in the mean time  driver of said vehicle   lost the control upon  the vehicle due  to rash driving  and met  with an accident  and three persons  who were boarded  on said  vehicle sustained injuries. HC Roop  Lal  No. 56  I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

2        Case FIR No.122/15  dated 13/08/15  U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagnar on the  complaint of Sh. Banti  S/O Sh. Santosh Kumar R/O  Suja PO  Matroo Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/08/15  he was going towards  Badehar for purchasing  the articles and   when  he reached  near  Railway  track , in the mean time  Rama &  Madhu   obstructed his way , beat him up and he sustained  injuries .  HC  Rajesh  Kumar  No. 907  I.O. of PP Ghatta is  investigating the  case.

CASE  OF  OBSTRUCTING  WAY   AND  HURT

3        Case FIR No.207/15  dated 13/08/15  U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on complaint  of Sh.  Seva  Dass  S/O Sh. Khub  Ram  R/O  Jaral PO  Batwara Tehsil  Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/08/15  Govind   Ram  S/O Sh. Kanauru  came alongwith his family members  and  obstructed his way and beat him  up and he sustained  injuries.  ASI  Rajender Thakur  I/C of PP Slapper is investigating the case.  

CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

4        Case  FIR No. 208/15  dated 13/08/15  U/S 336, 337  IPC  has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint  of  Sh. Paras Ram  S/O Sh. Prabhu Ram  R/O  Khheali PO  Kangu Tehsil Sundernagar   Distt. Mandi  (HP)  that on  13/08/15  he was travelling  by  Private  Bus(HP65-3684) and when  reached  near  Dungal Moad  near Kangu , in the mean time door of  said bus  Suddenly  opened  and he fell down from  on the  road   and sustained injuries .. This incident  occurred  due to  negligence of  said  Bus Conductor . ASI  Rajinder Thakur  I/C of PP Slapper is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF MURDER

5        Case FIR No. 174/15  dated 13/08/15  U/S 302  IPC has  been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of  Sh. Nagnu   Ram S/O Sh. Pajji Ram  R/O  Chaldyara PO Sehali Tehsil  Kothi  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 11/08/15  Bhikham Ram  resident of the same locality  beaten his  wife brutally  as  a result  of which  she  succumbed  to her  injuries.   Insp. Chet Singh SHO of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

6       178  Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 28500/- was recovered and 09 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1100 was recovered and 01 Challan was  issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 7000/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
