CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1 Case FIR No. 89/15 dated 06/08/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Sher Singh S/O Sh. Dagu Ram RO Heli PO Kangu Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that a Truck ( HP69-4100) came rashly from Mandi side and when reached at Panarsa, in the mean time hit a vehicle (HP31A-6448) which was coming from opposite side and driver of vehicle( HP31A-6448) sustained injuries . ASI Hari Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2 Case FIR No.207/15 dated 05/08/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh by HC Dharmender Singh No. 77 that on a telephonic information he went on the spot and found that a Motor Cycle (HP33C-4614) which was ridden by Suresh Kumar S/O Sh. Prabhu Ram R/O Mandir Tanda PO Lohara Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) was met with an accident due to rash riding at Nalsar and said rider alongwith pillion rider, Suresh Kumar sustained injuries. HC Darmender Singh No. 77 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3 Case FIR No. 202/15 dated 06/08/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC & U/S 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Swaroop Singh S/O Sh. Jasbir Singh R/O Bhadsali Distt. Una at present J.E. Commercial Sub- Division BBMB Slapper that during the intervening night of 30-31/07/15 a unknown vehicle hit to Lineman Rattan Lal who was going by his Scooty(HP 24B-4248) and sustained injuries. HC Rajinder Kumar No. 908 I.O. of PP Slapper is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
4 86 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 13,400/- was recovered and 05 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 500 was recovered during last 24 hours.
