CRIME REPORT ON 24 AUGUST

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 187/15 dated 24/08/15 U/S 279,337 IPC and 187 of M.V. Act has been registered at PS Sadar on  the complaint of Sh. Ajay Sharma S/O Manohar Lal Village Rani Bain, PO Gutkar, Tehsil Sadar, Distt. Mandi HP that on 23/08/15 at about 08:15PM he was going to Mandi by his car No. HP33D-0452 and when he reached  near Bye Pass, a truck came from Mandi side and hit his Nano car and ran away. He sustained injuries in this accident. HC Kamal I/O PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

2.      101 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 12500/- was recovered and 06 Challans were issued under COTPA Act              and fine of Rs. 700/- was recovered and 03 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 12050/- was recovered during               last 24 hours.
