CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
1 Case FIR No.200/15 dated 11/08/15 U/S 451, 341, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Inder Singh S/O Late. Sh. Gannu Ram R/O Behal PO Bhateda Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP) that Karan Singh resident of the same locality entered in the courtyard of his home and beat him up and he sustained injuries and also threatened him with dire consequences. SI Parveen Kumar I/C of PP Hatli is investigating the case.
CASE OF KIDNAPPING
2 Case FIR No.173/15 dated 12/08/15 U/S 363, 366 (A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Bhikham Ram S/O Sh. Bal Ram VPO Sahali Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP) his daughter is missing and he suspect that Satish Kumar S/O Sh. Gian Chand VPO Dawahan Tehsila Kothi Distt. Mandi (HP) kidnapped her daughter with intention to marry her . ASI Ashok Kumar I/C of PP Kotli is investigating the case.
ARREST OF ACCUSED
3 Accused Baljeet Singh S/O Sh. Balvinder Singh R/O Atewali PO Manopura Tehsil Fathegarh Sahib (PB)2.Gurvinder Singh S/O Sh. Randhir Singh R/O Kishanpura PO Baijtpur Tehsil Bassi Pathana Distt. Fathegarh Sahib(3) Satvir Singh S/O Sh. Harjender Singh R/O Gananjeer PO Mahamudhpur Tehsil Gulla Distt. Kethal (HR) & Baljinder Singh S/O Bhag Singh R/O Thambla PO Bajitpur Tehsil Bassi Pathana Distt. Fatehgarh Sahib has been arrested in Case FIR No. 55/15 dated 20/06/15 U/S 307, 147, 148 , 149, 323, 120(B) IPC & 25 of Arms Act P.S. Padhar and under the lock-up at P.S. Sadar Mandi. SI Vinod Thakur I/C of PP Kammand is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
4 176 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 36,900/- was recovered and 8 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1000/- was recovered and 01 Challan was issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 7000-/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
