CASE OF OBSTRUCTIING  WAY & HURT 

1.      Case FIR No. 15/12 dated 09/03/12 U/S 341, 323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Govind Ram S/O Sh. Jethu Ram R/O Vill. Gatu PO Bihani Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi that on 08/03/12 he along with Dev Raj came by his Tata Sumo (HP32A-1759) from Garagusaini towards Gatu and when they reached at Thua, Harnam Singh S/O Sh. Padam Singh R/O Vill. Hal PO Bihani obstructed his way with a pick-up (HP63-2894) and beat him up. After some time Jalam Ram S/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Hal, Kushal Chand S/O Sh. Mangat Ram R/O Thua and Mahesh Kumar S/O Sh. Mangat Ram R/O Thua also came there and they also beat him up. ASI Roop Singh I/C PP Jnajehali is investigating the case.

MEETING OF ROAD SAFETY CLUB

2.      Today SHO P.S. Jogindernagar conducted a meeting with the members of road safety club in which about 60 persons of taxi union, truck union, drivers and prominent members of the society participated.

MEETING OF COMMUNITY POLICING SCHEME

3.      Today ASI Suresh Kumar conducted a meeting under community policing scheme at Ner Gharbasda in which about 10 members of community scheme, members of local Gram Panchayat and other peoples of the locality participated.

CASE OF RIOTING, OBSCENE ACITVITIES AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION 

4.      Case FIR No. 36/12 dated 09/03/12 U/S 147,149,294,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Kushal Chand S/O Late Sh. Brij Lal R/O Vill. Thogi PO Tattapani Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi that on 08/03/12 he along with his family members went to take bath on the occasion of Holi Festival at Tattapani on the bank of Satluj river. When they reached there, he saw 6-7 boys were bating there together and one of them was totally naked and indulged in obscene activities towards ladies who were taking holy bath there. On this he tried to stop them to not do such obscene activities but they attacked upon him and also threatened to him. On this incident he lost his mobile phone, cash of Rs. 25,000/- and golden locket. Thereafter these boys sped away in naked condition in a van (HP01A-0760) towards Sunni side. ASI Amar Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5.      Case FIR No. 37/12 dated 09/03/12 U/S 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Nirnjan @ Bansi Lal S/O Sh. Madan Lal VPO Kao Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi that on 09/03/12 he went to Karsog in connection with some personal affairs and at about 01.30 PM he received a telephonic call from his son Vinay Kumar that he went to Kao bazaar to brought some house hold items from the shop of Khem Raj, in the mean time Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Chet Ram VPO Kao Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi came in said shop attacked on his son Vinay Kumar due to which his son Vinay Kumar took shelter in the shop of Khem Raj. Vinod Kumar also threatened to kill his son Vinay Kumar. SI (Prob.) Ranjan Sharma is investigating the case.

6.      Case FIR No. 58/12 dated 08/03/12 U/S 341, 323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Dolma Devi W/O Sh. Brij Lal R/O VPO Baggi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 08/03/12 she was going to her house, in the meantime Briju Devi, Rukmani Devi and Dagu Ram obstructed her way and beaten her up. ASI Jagdish Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPSS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

7.      Case FIR No. 59/12 dated 08/03/12 U/S 451, 323,504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Briju Devi W/O Sh. Damodar Das R/O Vill. Kasoli PO Jarol at present VPO Baggi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that Dolma Devi and her family members obstructed her way and beaten her up. ASI Jagdish Chand I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPSS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION         

8.      Case FIR No. 49/12 dated 09/03/12 U/S 451,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Jai Ram S/O Late Sh. Tegu Ram R/O Dedhal PO Sidhpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 08/03/12 Shyam Lal and his wife Shada Devi entered in his courtyard and beaten him up. HC Jagdish Chand I.O. of P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF PREVENTIVE ARREST

           

9.      Rajesh @ Chhotu S/O Sh. Madho Ram R/O Upper Ghanal Tehsil Sandhole Distt. Mandi and Ankush S/O Sh. Piar Chand R/O Baliani PO and Tehsil Sandhole have been arrested U/S 107/151 Cr.P.C. by ASI Amar Nath I/C PP Sandhole who are being produced before the SDM Sarkaghat.

CASE OF POISONING           

10.  Shanta Devi W/O Sh. Dinesh Kumar R/O Chamyar PO Maseran Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi died due to consuming some poisonous substance. Postmortem the dead body is being carried out at Z.H. Mandi and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. is being carried out by the local police of P.S. Sarkaghat.

CHALLANS

11.  96 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 16,200/- was recovered under M.V. Act during the last 24 hours. 13 Challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1400/- was recovered.
