1. Case FIR No 46/12 dated 27/03/12 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered on the written complaint of Sh. Labh Singh S/O Late Sh. Hira Singh R/O Vill. Ropa P/O Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar that today at 6.00 A.M he was going for morning walk nearby his home, in the mean time Ajeet Singh S/O Durga Dass R/O Chunal P/O Jhanyara Tehsil and Distt. Hamirpur, Vijay Thakur S/O Ganga Ram VPO Ropa Tehsil and Distt. Hamirpur and Surjeet Singh S/O Bidhi Chand R/O Karot Tehsil Sujanpur Distt. Hamirpur came there, obstruct his way and beat him up. HC Khem Chand No 47 I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
2. Case FIR No 73/12 Dated 26/03/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by HC Sarwan Kumar I.O. of P.P. Sandhole that he was on patrolling at Devgarh along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 9000 ML country liquor from the possession of Rakesh Kumar S/O Mohar Singh Village Devgarh PO Cholgarh Tehsil Sandhole Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is on progress which is being carried out by HC Sarwan Kumar I.O. of P.P. Sandhole.
CASE OF KIDNAPPING AND ABDUCTION
3. Case FIR 49/12 dated 27/03/12 U/S 363,366 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Prem Sagar S/O Sh Lakshman Dass R/O Vill. Batehali PO Bhararu Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt.Mandi that his daughter Santosh Kumari reads in 10+1 class at G.S.S. School Bhararu and on 19/03/12 she went to the school for appearing in the paper of practical but she did not return back to home. On the same day at about 7 PM she informed telephonically that Rakesh @ Raku S/O Ganga Ram R/O Bahi PO Padhar kidnapped her forcibly. ASI Suresh Kumar I/O of PS Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT
4. Case FIR No. 48/12 dated 26/03/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered on the complaint of Smt. Kamla Devi W/O Sh. Ramesh Chand R/O VPO Simas Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi (H,P) that she has possessed one she goat and two he goats. On 25/03/12 her daughter Indu locked the door of her cowshed and on 26/03/12 at about 7-00 AM when her son Anil Kumar went to brought grass from cow shed, he saw that two he goats were not found inside the cow shed. She suspects that some unknown culprits stole away both he goats during the intervening night of 25-26/03/12 having approximately cost of both he goats about Rs. 8000/-. HC Mangat Ram No 898 I.O. of P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.

5. Case FIR No. 34/12 dated 26/03/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by ASI Shyam Lal I/O of P.S. Aut that on 26/03/12 a about t6 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Aut Bazar and during the course of patrolling he recovered 270 ML English Wine from the possession of Dhanesh S/O Sh. Amar Singh R/O Bindhar Distt. Mandi and Bala Ram S/O Sh. Lahnu Ram R/O VIll. Chalah PO Gutkar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi who were drinking wine inside his shop. ASI Shyam Lal I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.
CASE OF ATTEMPT TO COMMIT SUICIDE AND POISONING
6. Case FIR No. 89 /12 dated 26/03/12 U/S 309,328 IPC has been registered on the complaint of Sh. Hem Chand S/O Sh. Sewak Ram R/O Satoh PO Rajgarh that he has was married with Sulochna Devi during the year 2010. They have one son namely Saxam of nine month old from their wedlock. Last 2/3 days his wife Sulochna Devi was annoyed with him. On 26/03/12 at about 5.30 PM when he was working in his fields, his wife Sulochna and his niece Sweta were present at home. In the main time his nice call him to come to home immediately. On her call he went to hime and saw that his wife had consumed some poisonous substance and she had also given poison to his minor son Saxam who is nine month old. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT
7. Case FIR No. 90 /12 dated 27/03/12 U/S 336,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Candu Ram S/O Sh. Moti Ram R/O Vill. Chawan-Khabu PO Sardhwar Teshil Sadar Distt Mandi (HP) that on 27/03/12 at about 10 AM he and his son Katku Ram along with worker Bansi Ram working in out side of his house. In the mean time Gauri Dutt threw stone from his side which hit on his head and he sustained injury. ASI Om Prakash I/C PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
8. Case FIR No. 88/12 dated 26/03/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered by ASI Karam Chand I.O. of P.S. Balh that on 26/03/12 at about 5-30 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Dharamdawara and during the course of patrolling he recovered 9000 ML country liquor from the possession of Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Dumna Ram R/O Vill. Dharamdawarw PO Surah Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is on progress which is being carried out by ASI Karam Chand I.O. of P.S. Balh.
CHALLANS
9. 63 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 7,500/- was recovered under M.V. Act, 9 Challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 900/- was recovered, 2 challans were issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
