Chand I/C PP Bassi that on 19/03/12 he
was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of
patrolling he recovered 2250 ML Illicit liquor from the
possession of Hima Devi W/o Sh. Chatru Ram R/o Vill. Garuhi PO Bhararu P.S
Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi, who was selling wine inside her house.

course of patrolling he recovered 750 ML country liquor from the

patrolling he recovered 2000 ML Illicit
liquor from the possession of Rakesh Kumar S/O Late Sh.
Bhuri Singh R/O Chaterhill PO & Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi who was selling wine
inside his Karyana Shop.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
10 Case FIR No 39/12 dated 19-3-2012 U/S
279,337 IPC & U/S 187 of MV Act has been registered in P.S Sundernagar on
the complaint of Sh. Banti Ram S/o Sh. Dharam Singh R/o Kummi Tehsil Sadar
Mandi that on 19/03/2012 at 7.30 PM he
was coming back from Kangoo by his tractor (HP 65-2903) along with four person,
when they reached at Bhawana, in the mean time a Tipper (HP 31-8592) came from
Slapper side very rashly and negligently and hit with his tractor from wrong
side and run away from the spot. During accident four person sustained
injuries. HC Santa Ram No. 56 is investigating the case.

sub Tehsil Aut.Distt. Mandi(H.P). Case is being investigated by the P/SI
Aatti Devi.

Chand kishore that on the secret information he recovered the 3750 ML illicit
liquire from the shop of Bhagat Chand S/O Hukkam chand vill. Takolli PO
Panasra Distt. Mandi.case is being investigating by the P/SI Chand kishore I/O
PS Aut.

that on the secret information he recovered the 4 bottle (3000ML)
country liquor Una No. 1 from the possession of Thakur Singh S/O Sh.
Narayan Singh R/O VPO. Dhevard sub Tehsil Bali chowki Distt. Mandi (H.P.). Case is being
investigating by the HC Thakur Singh I/O PP Balichowki.
Case of Road Accident
14. Case FIR No 41/12 dated 20-3-2012 U/S 379 IPC
has been registered on the statement of Jatinder Kumar S/O Sh. Prabh Dyal Cast
Rajput R/O Vill. Patsal ( Gahra ) P/O Kapahi Tehsil and PS Sunder Nagar distt.
Mandi HP age 35 years. Stated that on dated 19-3-2012 at about 10 P.M. He
parked his alto car No HP31C-0112 on the road near his house at place Patsal.
On dated 20-3-2012 at about 6.30 A.M. He found that some unknown culprits
stolen away the four tyre along with rim, music system, Stephani and tool kit
of the above vehicle. Total value of stolen property Rs. 36000/-. Case is being
investigating by ASI Vijay Kumar I/O P.S.sundernager

20-3-2012 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered on the statement of Ashish
Kumar S/O Sh. Choudhary Ram Cast Rajput R/O Kotlu P/O Jambla Tehsil and PS
Sunder Nagar Distt. Mandi HP age 21 years. Reported that on dated 19-3-2012 at
3.45 P.M. He was going to his house from Dehar. When he was half K.M. Away from
his house one person namely Munshi Ram S/O Sh. Polo Ram R/O Kotlu P/O Jambla
Tehsil and PS Sunder Nagar Distt. Mandi came there A/W Danda and obstruct his
way and beaten him with danda and also abuse him. Case is being investigating
by ASI Gulab Singh I/C PP Dehar
Case of road accident
16 Case FIR No 40/12 dated 20-3-12 U/S 279,337,338 IPC & 184,185 M.V.
Act has been registered on the rukka of ASI Vijay Kumar I/O PS Sunder Nagar.
Written that on dt. 19-3-2012 when he was at CH Sunder Nagar for investigation
report No 57 found that Vimal Kumar S/O Sh. Khima Ram Cast S/C R/O Chatru P/O
Kummi PS Balh was under treatment and found on dated 19-3-12 at about 9.25 P.M.
When he was going towards Bhour from kanaid on his scooty No HP33B-8083, near
agriculture society Bhour he did not
control his scooty and hit with wall and sustained injuries. Case is being
investing by ASI Vijay Kumar I/O PS Sunder Nagar.

dated 19-03-12 when he was went to his relatives with Anku and Kamal at Kuthah
then Dimpu S/O Rajenender Kumar
vill. Kuthah Came there and
obstruct his way aned beat up with Darat and threntened him to kill his life
and he sustained Injuries. Case is being Investigating by the HC Inder
Singh No.880 I/O PP Jenjehli.
Challan
18. 68 Challan were issued anf fine of Rs. 11,400 Was recovered under MV Act during the last 24 hours. 10 Challan were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1000 Was recovered.
