CASE OF ARREST OF PROCLAIMED OFFENDER
1. Case FIR No. 48/12 dated 05/03/12 U/S 174A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi against accused Bansi Lal S/O Sh. Devi Ram R/O Vill. Chhipnu PO Bijani Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi who was wanted in case No. 163-III/03/09/11 of Hem Raj V/S Bansi Lal and declared proclaimed offender by the Ld. JMIC Court No. 1 of Mandi on 28/11/11. Above accused person has been arrested today by the team of P.O. Cell Mandi headed by H.C Ashok Kumar Incharge PO Cell. HC Lalit Kumar No. 26 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
2. Case FIR No. 54/12 DATED 04/03/12 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Vinay Kumar S/O Sh. Mahender Pal Singh R/O Vill. Kasarla PO Ratti Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 04/03/12 at about 4.15 PM he was going to his home, in the mean time Lalit & Manu @ Deepak R/O Nerchowk obstructed his way and beaten him up and he sustained injuries. HC Ram Singh No. 66 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF CHEATING, FORGERY AND CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY
3. Case FIR No. 28/12 dated 05/03/12 U/S 420,467,468,471 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar Distt. Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Lal Singh S/O Sh. Chandu Lal R/O Potyoda PO Maloh Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that he is Pradhan of Gram Panchayat Bhanwar, Secretary of said Gram Panchayat Thakur Dass withdrew money fraudulently from the bank. ASI Shiv Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
4. 63 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 11,850/- was recovered under M.V. Act during the last 24 hours. 9 Challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs.900/- was recovered.
