CASE OF RAPE AND CRIMINAL TRESSPASS

1. Case FIR No. 20/12 dated 02/03/12 U/S 376, 451, 454 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of a woman resident of Dadai PO Jari Tehsil & Distt. Kullu at present residing in a rental house at village Gawali Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi that on 01/03/12 at about 2.30 PM Kishore Kumar @ Gagan entered in her room and raped her forcibly. ASI Charan Singh I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF FORGERY AND CHEATING

2. Case FIR No. 10/12 dated 01/03/12 U/S 467, 468, 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the written complaint of Sh. Bhanu Gupta, BDO Gohar that Neema Devi Pradhan, Raj Kumar Up Pradhan, Neema Devi Ex. Ward Member, Mridual Singh Es. Pradhan, Shiv Ram Ward Member, Kaushlya Devi Ward Member, Loharu Ram Ward Member of G.P. Shalla and JE BDO office Gohar cheated the govt. in various works executed under MANREGA in the area of G.P. Shalla. ASI Jeet Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT       

3. Case FIR No. 19/12 dated 01/03/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by HC Joginder Pal No. 5 of SIU Mandi that on 01/03/12 he was present along with police party at Tihari, on receiving a secrete information and recovered 15000 ML English Wine from the possession of Veer Singh S/O Sh. Lot Ram VPO Tihari Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi. HC Joginder Pal No. 5 I.O. of SIU is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, MOLESTATION & CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4. Case FIR No. 45/12 dated 01/03/12 U/S 447, 323, 354, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Chand Lal S/O Sh. Hachhu Ram R/O Vill. & PO Dharampur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 29/02/12 Kashmir Singh, Ramesh Chand and Meena Devi entered in his land and beat him up. Kashmir Singh also tried to outrage the modesty of his wife. ASI Sushil Kumar I/C PP Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF CHEATING

5. Case FIR No. 46/12 date 02/03/12 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Jai Ram S/O Sh. Sainu Ram R/O Vill. Dhaner PO Patrighat Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 29/01/12 he received a call from mobile phone 00923075087328 which was made by one Vikas Verma that he won 10 lac mega prize and he must deposit some of Rs.12,000/- in his account. After receiving said call he deposited Rs. 12000/- . Thereafter he called again and he deposited again sum of Rs. 30,000/- Rs. 25,000/-, Rs. 25,000/-, Rs. 10,000/-, Rs. 49,000/- and Rs. 5000/-. Total sum of Rs. 1 lac 44,000/- in various accounts of above persons. ASI Ajit Singh I/C PP Hattli is investigating the case.

CASE OF PREVENTIVE ARREST

6. Pratap Chand S/O Sh. Keshav Ram R/O Baral PO Baroti Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi has been arrested U/S 107/151 Cr.P.C. by HC Jagdish Chand I.O. of PP Dharampur who is being produced before the SDM Sarkaghat.

CASE OF INQUEST

7. Sunder Lal S/O Sh. Nikku Ram R/O Vill. Pali Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi died by hanging  in the room of his under construction house at Pali. Postmortem of the dead body is being conducted at Z.H. Mandi and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C is also being carried out by HC Hari Singh I. O. of  P.S. Padhar.

CASE OF PREVENTIVE ARREST

8. Gian Chand S/O Sh. Ghunghar Ram R/O Machhiyal PO Chalarag Tehsil Jogidernagar Distt. Mandi has been arrested U/S 107/151 Cr.P.C. by ASI Subhash Chand I/C PP Bassi who is being produced before the SDM Jogindernagar.

CASE OF CONSUMING POISON

9. Champa Devi W/O Sh. Dhyan Singh R/O Gallu PO Dul Tehsil Jogidernagar Distt. Mandi was brought to C.H. Jogindernagar in a poisoning case who stated in her statement that she has consumed some poisonous substance by mistake.

CHALLANS

10.   70 challan were issued and fine of Rs. 12,550/- was recovered under M.V. Act during the last 24 hours.  8 Challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered.
