1. Case FIR No. 74/12 dated 28/03/12 U/S 498A,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Sushma Devi W/O Sh. Vinay Kumar R/O Vill. Kothi PO Cholthara Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that she was married with Vinay Kumar on 04/05/12 as per Hindu rites and ritual and she was treated well as well as kept in good condition only for one month after her marriage by her husband Vinay Kumar, father-in-law Ranvir Singh, mother-in-law Vidya Devi and Banti Devi all resident of the same locality. After one month of her marriage she was tortured and harassed by above persons by saying that you have brought insufficient dowry and they also beat her up. They also demanded a car in dowry and also threatened her. ASI Naresh Kumar is I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT
2. Case FIR No 76/12 dated 29/03/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Shashi Bala W/O Sh Vivek Kumar R/O Kothi PO Cholthara Tehsil Sarkaghat that about 1 and ½ month ago her father-in-law and mother-in law had gone to Delhi for treatment and she was residing in her mother's house at Barchhwar. No body was present in her home from last 1 and ½ month. On 29/03/12 at about 11.30 AM she went to Kothi and she found that main door of her house was opened and when she inspected in side of the house, she found that one colour TV and one DVD were stolen away by some unknown culprits and approximately value of the stolen articles are about Rs. 16,000/-. SI (Prov.) Sanjeev Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkagahat is investigating the case.

Sant Ram R/O Village Sanour PO Sari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi was selling fruits at Bazar Dharampur on the road side which was causing obstruction to the general public and traffic. ASI Shushil Kumar I/C PP Dharampur is investigating the case.

Neksela R/O VPO Amapur Tehsil Kasganj Distt. Kashi (UP) was selling fruits at Bazar Dharampur on the road side which was causing obstruction to the general public and traffic. ASI Shushil Kumar I/C PP Dharampur is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
7. Case FIR No. 50/12 dated 29/03/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Jagdish Thakur S/O Sh. Parma Thakur R/O Vill. Kholu PO Karsal Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi that today at about 8 AM he was present in his home, in the mean time he heard a loud noise and came out and saw that a Tata Sumo (HP01H-2857) fell down from the road about 500 mtrs downward and 8/10 school children who have boarded said ill-fated vehicle sustained injuries. This incident took place due to rash and negligent driving of said vehicle. HC Mangat Ram No. 898 I.O. of P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.

8. Case FIR No. 92/12 dated 29/03/12 U/S 325,323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt Maya Devi W/O Sh. Krishan Chand R/O Vill. Rao Pali PO Dayargi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 26/02/12 Khub Ram, Leela Devi and Vicky entered in her fields and beat her up and she sustained injuries. ASI Kuldeep Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF CHEATING
9. Case FIR No. 69/12 dated 28/03/12 U/S 420 IPC has been registered on the complaint of Sh. Jasvinder Kumar S/O Ganpat Ram R/O Village Khanoyed P.O.Khurahal Tehsil Sundernagar & Balak Ram S/O Chet Ram R/O Badyar P.O. Nandpur Tehsil Jubbal Distt. Shimla that a advertisement was published in News Paper Amar Ujala on 25/11/11 by D. Paligroup for taking loan from their company for which some money is to be deposited in the account of D. Paligroup company having account No. 31905905155. On this amount of Rs. 52000/- was deposited by each of them in the above mentioned account of above company. After depositing above mentioned amount when above mentioned both complainants tried to confirm the sanctioning of their loan by above company, Mobile phones of above company were found switched off and no amount of loan was granted to them by the said company. 10. Case FIR No 48/12 dated 29/03/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered IN p.s. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Shyam Lal S/O Sh. Sunder Ram R/O Chakli PO Slapper Colony Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that during the intervening night of 28-29/03/12 some unknown culprits stolen away jewelery and cash from the house of his brother Ram Lal (i.e. nath gold, one pair ear ring gold, one chack gold one pair payal silver and cash of worth Rs. 1300/-) having total value of stolen property Rs. 45000/-. ASI Shanti Saroop I/C PP Slapper is investigating the case.

11. Case FIR No 47/12 dated 29/03/12 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by SI (Prob) Sandeep Choudhary I/O of P.S. Sunder Nagar that on 28/03/12 at 10.25 PM near patrol pump Sundernagar a M/Cycle rider of M/Cycle (HP12B-6093) namely Duni Chand S/O Sukh Ram R/O Bhanwar P/O Maloh Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi met with an accident due to rash and negligent riding and he sustained injuries. SI(Prob.) Sandeep Choudhary I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF HURT AND SC/ST (PREVENTION OF ATROCITY) ACT
12. Case FIR No 35/12 dated 28/03/12 U/S 323 IPC & U/S 3 SC/ST Act has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Smt. Badhu W/O Sh. Badru Ram R/O Vill. Nishali PO Thachi Sub Tehsil Balichowki Distt. Mandi that Bhawna Devi D/O Sh. Thakur Dass abused her by caste and also attacked upon her with a stone and she sustained injury. Sh. Hira Singh Thakur, Addl. S.P. Mandi is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
13. 54 Challans were issued and fine of Rs. 8,350/- was recovered under M.V. Act, 9 Challan were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs.1,000/- was recovered and 3 challan were issued under Mining Act.
